Congratulations, Pizza Hut, for achieving THE. WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER!!!!! I ordered a pizza online at 6:30 pm, one of the deciding factors being the 50% off VISA Checkout promotion that was offered. At 7:45 pm, the pizza wasn't at my house nor was there any sign that it would be arriving soon. Being a bit concerned, I decided to call. The woman I talked to over the phone, while as pleasant sounding as she was, made no indication that there was an issue, nor felt any inclination to fake even the most superficial level of concern of the fact that my order had not yet arrived. For God's sake I live ONE MILE from their location. After demanding a discount and assuming (which is apparently always a huge mistake when dealing with Pizza Hut) that everything was now in order, I received a "follow up" call about 10 minutes later. I was informed that somehow my credit card information had deleted itself and that the VISA Checkout promotion (50% off), was also forgotten about. When I brought it up, I was told that this "sounded familiar" and my request was begrudgingly accepted. The good part of this exchange was that I was offered a $10 discount in addition to the 50% off VISA promo (which, according to my math I was still overcharged on the final bill) and the assurance that my pizza would be the next order out for delivery. Being considerably more hungry than I was an hour and a half ago, I was inclined to accept this update and "almost-what-i-asked-for" discount without resistance. 8:15....8:30....8:45....still no pizza. Mind you, this order was placed now 2 hours ago. After providing a more than reasonable amount of time, my wife calls back at 9:20pm. She was told 3 things by the same woman on the phone: 1)she did not know what happened to our order; 2) she did not know who told me that the pizza was next out for delivery and 3)they were now re-making our order. At this point we decided to cancel the order since by the time it was re-cooked, and barring any circumstances that would result in further delays, we would have waited 3 hours for it to arrive. Before being able to confirm our information to revert the debit card transaction, my wife was hung up on. To our relief however, the transaction was indeed reversed.

Unfortunately the pizza was overdone, crust was inedible and the pizza was cold, not lukewarm but cold. Was my first time ordering here and sorry to say my last time. When I complained over the phone (I ordered online) they offered a discount on my next order which I had to decline since I won't be ordering again. They told me they could pick the pizza up for a full refund. I agreed. Nobody showed up for over 3 hours. I called again and was told I will be refunded and could keep it or throw it away. While the pizza was unacceptable, the customer service was friendly and professional. I had called Toppers (my favorite) and they actually offered a heart shaped pizza as well. Funny...
Read moreI ordered 2 personal pizzas but was charged for 1 personal and 1 medium. I haven't ordered here before, so I didn't know the prices, I didn't realize I was getting overcharged. They wouldn't give me a refund. I ordered personal because I don't have room to carry anything bigger than personal. While I was ordering, in person too, the guy taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself. Then, when I got my order and told them it was the wrong size, the manager was telling me that I was the one who made a mistake. I was not rude to the guy taking my order or the manager.
