On Saturday at about 3pm, my husband came to this liquor store for the first time since we've moved to simi. The woman at the checkout was very short with him and proceeded to charge him $12 for a six-pack when the sign above them showed $10. When he pointed this out to her, she replied, "The sign's wrong." The owner here is knowledgeable and very honest. Trust me, we end up chatting about many things. On time I was accidentally overcharged and it was 3-4 weeks later I returned. I didn't know I had been overcharged, but he knew and was waiting for my return to give me the money. I appreciate honesty like that in the service industry and especially the owner!!!...
