They have 1 employee, AJ, who should not be doing this job, pulling parts is NOT his thing. Went to pick up rear rotor and caliper he looked up on the computer and got parts and sent us in our way.... Get home he gave us a front rotor not for my car and a caliper that also wasn't correct. Stuff happens, not a problem. We look up parts, take screenshot of part and part number and head back up. They didn't have the caliper, no problem just a return and get it from FI. Show AJ picture of part and part number, he made some jokes, haha, he got us the correct rotor he says (like how can you mess this up, I showed a picture and part number) and we go on our way to pick up the caliper from FI. Get back home and of course the rotor is again wrong. Call up there AJ answer and is really dismissive, we called a bit before close, the phone rang for 3 or 4 minutes before he answered. Go back the next day after praying he wouldn't be there (feeling a bit angry at this point with the situation) and we ended up dealt with the Sunday morning manager who was amazing and kind and got us on our way with the correct part. Read moreWe purchased a new cooling fan unit for my 2015 Jeep Renegade. We were told they could not get the Mopar part and the universal fan would fit. As luck has it, once the motor was lifted (design flaw by the great engineers at Crystler/Dodge/Jeep) we discovered that the universal fan DOES NOT FIT. We called the store, no apology was given but we were told they could now all of a sudden order the Mopar part for $250+ and 7-10 business day delivery. Thank goodness Big O Dodge had the part in stock and for $100+ cheaper. We will never step foot inside this store or any other store affiliated with O'Rileys. Their lack of knowledge and concern for their customers is appalling. I am not sure they could even tell you the appropriate oil filter needed for your automobile.
