JCPenney — Local services in Sioux City

The Sephora Store here is very unique..THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT CARE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!❤❤ I had the best experience..this store should be teaching the others because in sioux falls they have such poor customer service i dont like to ask for help..as they roll your eyes if you want a color test or anythjng other then ringing up and taking yohr money. I had given up on sephora until discovered Sioux City Sephora. If corporate has any rewards programs..they need to give this store one along with benefit for employees that helped me three different days i bought products...as if wasnt for them i would be $600 richer but unhappy with my skincare or makeup...as i got a new make over..and started my way toward new beginning. From ugly tom boy..to glamour and sexy...

Every time I shop at this location there is no air! I always have to cut my trip short because it is incredibly hot! While I could understand the difficulty of cooling a large space there are other options to make your guests more comfortable, thus shopping longer😊. My suggestions? I have shopped in stores that have little fans in each dressing room. Nothing fancy, what a difference it made! Made me feel like the store was thinking of my comfort... nice. Extended my shopping time! Also, your poor employees must roast! Felt bad for them. How about a ceiling fan or large maintenance fan here and there? I truly hope you take these suggestions to heart, Sioux City would hate to lose another wonderful store such as...

Went in store to buy gel cooling pillows. Had 8 on shelf with shelf price sticker of on sale @69.99. Went up and checked out, they came up to 130 each. Took employee back and showed the sale price sticker. Employee saw the same, called manager to see if they would honor. Manager was older lady that was not friendly, and she said to ignore the sale price sticker and not honor it. I said never mine, so she took the pillows and the sale sticker back out. Wonder how many others bought at higher price unknowingly. Definitely my last time shopping at JCPenny. I only spend 2k a year there, so sure my business...
