My boyfriend and I worked with Michael, the sleep specialist, and found a perfect new bed that suited all of our needs and was in our price range. Michael was very professional and he did not make us feel bad when we spoke about our budget. Michael never tried to push us into something we wouldnât be able to afford. He gave us a ton of options and gave us time to speak about what we wanted. When we went up to finalize our purchase, a man came up and started belittling Michael calling him names and tried to make a scene in front of a ton of other guests. Michael kept his composure and spoke very professionally towards this angry customer and even tried to work with the issues the angry customer was having but the man Karen didnât come there to listen he came there to be cruel and mean just to try and put Michael down. Instead, Michael stayed calm and did what the customer asked and let the man be on his way. Michael apologized profusely to my boyfriend and I for having to wait for him to handle that situation. I told Michael he was the one that should be apologized to. I have been in customer service for 10 years and I can not believe people still treat others that way. Michael deserves a raise and a medal for handling that situation with professionalism including the interaction with us after! Thank you Michael for helping us and being so kind and helpful. All I expected was for the store to process my order with the installment plan so I could pick it up as soon as possible. However, it took the employee an entire hour to handle her task, and even after that, they still couldnât get it done. I had to leave and place the order online instead. He helped us figure out the right pillow for us individually. Also what mattress would be right for us. He was kind, and answered all of our questions. He gave us time to think what was right for us.
