Jordan was amazing. He greeted me immediately, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I was just browsing, with no intention of purchasing. He said fantastic, I'll let you go look around. He didn't hound me at all, which was greatly appreciated. He checked back with me after I perused around. I told him I really was interested in a recliner with heat and massage. The 2nd one I sat in was love!! Still, no pressure. He got it all priced out and I said yes to the recliner. He left me alone to peruse some more for a couch. I sat on every last couch in the place. I kept coming back to the one. I was wondering how the recliner would look. Next thing I know, Jordan pulled the recliner half way across the store and placed next to the couch so I could see them together. I said yes to the couch as well. 🤷‍♀️. I was surprised at the transformation of the interior from the old Yonker's look. This is a first class furniture store. The young lady who assisted me on my solo scouting mission all around Siouxland was new to sales, but helpful and genuine. The next day, back with my spouse, Wes, the store mgr. was an excellent guide, who answered questions and gave us space to talk over our personal thoughts. We even left the store to measure spaces at home with no arm twisting to "buy before you go". We found the brand "Lazy Boy" that we value and instead of a new recliner, we bought a three piece set on excellent terms (25% down, no interest for 12 mo.) Stopped in and talked to Wes about what I was looking for in a new set of living room furniture. We talked about quality and cost comparison between brands along with warranties and service. Wes was really knowledgeable and easily able to answer all of our questions. He even flipped things upside down to show us differences in materials used and how things were built. He didn’t try and pressure us into anything extra or any of the other nonsense you run into when listening to the typical sales pitch. He was an honest easy going guy that made the process a breeze.
