This mall is a great mall for Sioux City and the Siouxland area. It has many stores you need without having to drive every where. I do hope they get a large flagship store to replace Younkers one day soon. But Jcpenney has mostly the same items just different manufacturers. I like the upper end fragrances, make up and purses you could get a Younkers. The movie theaters are great because your kids and spouse can go there without rushing you along. The food court is ok, I know there is 1 nicer restaurant there in which I haven't had a chance to go. I wish there were 1 or 2 more ~ even a buffet place would be awesome. The Corporation who owns the mall would benefit giving a buffet restaurant a good lease price as then we would get a wider range of people and ages who typically would not be mall shoppers. I see they have 2 big arcades that my kids want to try out. They look like they would be a fun places. As always they have Chucky Cheeses and we used to take the kids there a ton years ago. I went to Hot Buys at the mall today and I had my husband and my one year old daughter with me. We went in and immediately the woman who was on shift there was constantly staring at me and my lady bits and was being so interested and staring at me my husband asked me to move to the other side of the store so we set our 3 times on top of my daughters stroller in view of the camera and when we went to the counter I confronted the woman and said I didn’t not appreciate how she treated me or stared at me the entire time I was in the store, she responded with “ you were concealing items in your stroller “ and I said to her no they were in top and in view of you and the cameras and you stared at me the entire time I was in here to the pint you made my husband uncomfortable for me… and she simply said “ I don’t like you right now “ I don’t understand how your policies work on who you hire but maybe someone who doesn’t have such terrible social skills would be appreciated by the people who would have liked to shop there, I was so uncomfortable I will never go back.
