I hate that I have to do this, but I need to share our experience yesterday. I took my GF and Adult daughter here for lunch. The daughter had never been here before, and we were expecting a good meal. Unfortunately, that was far from what we got. It took over 15 min to get our server to our table for our drink order. By then, we had made our decisions for our appetizer and meals. We placed our complete order. The ladies got their soda, and it took another 10 min for my beer. The appetizer we ordered, was the chips and dip trio. When other tables that came in after us were receiving their meals we still hadn't received the appetizer. I politely asked our server and was told the kitchen was very backed up. About 5 min later, over 45 min after our seating, the manager brought the appetizer out and stated they were out of the guacamole for the dip trio, and asked if we wanted more queso. We were not given an opportunity to get a different appetizer. Another 1/2 hr goes by no food yet. Finally our server comes and says the kitchen lost the order and they need to re-order our food! Then said there would be no charge. We repeated the order, 1 chicken sandwich & fries, 1 ten piece boneless wings & fries and my 15 piece traditional garlic & parmesian wings. 5 min later, my wings were out but the 1st wing I tried was cold! When they brought the rest of the food, I informed them and they took them back, almost immediately coming out with fresh hot ones. The chicken sandwich was good, the fries were cold. The 10 boneless wings were hard as a rock and could barely cut them. And fries were barely warm. My wings had a lot of pepper and were very salty. We finished most of the meal and they brought our ticket. Comped our drinks and reduced the price of the appetizer. That's all. 2 1/2 hrs for what should have been a 45 min meal. We will...

Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the premier wings joint in Sioux City, but has fallen far to a point that I don't think I can ever recommend going there ever again.
We went last night with a group of coworkers. The place wasn't terribly busy for Traditional Tuesday. Our server got us our drinks, but then waited nearly twenty minutes before taking our food order.
They ran out of Traditional Wings for Traditional Tuesday, so I asked nicely if they would be willing to apply the discount to their boneless wings. Our server said he's had a few people ask throughout the evening and the manager would not honor that discount. It's frickin Chicken Wings! If you run out of your promotional item, at least be open to the concept if a customer asks. I didn't go full Karen mode and accepted our server's response, but man was I disappointed.
When our food finally came out, their bonless wings were tiny. I'm talking small, petite, less meat than a McDonald's McNugget. They were over breaded and pretty hard.
Thank God our group got appetizers because that was the only decent food on the table.
Don't get me wrong here, I like Buffalo Wild Wings, but this Sioux City location has the worst customer service, the flattest beer, and the dinkiest chicken wings I've ever had. The severe lack of customer service is certainly the worst part of all those items. Customers are number 1. Always. Why? Because we have the ability to write scathing reviews like this one and run your business into the ground.
TL;DR: If you're looking for Wings, Beer, and Sports, skip this Sioux City Buffalo Wild Wings location. Head across the street to Old Chicago, go to Bob Roe's Point After, or go across town to Townhouse on Floyd. This Sioux City Buffalo Wild Wings is never getting my...
Read moreI never write reviews for things but this is worth mentioning. We ordered a fairly large order to be picked up at 4:30. I was early by about 20 minutes so I left and came back at 4:30. The order was on that rack and no one seemed to notice or care that I was taking it. Not one single question and 3 workers didn’t acknowledge me at all even though I told them it was mine. As I was driving I had some of the French fries and they were cold, rubbery and we’re definitely old. Once I arrived home we noticed every box was upside down, leaking sauce and appeared to have been thrown into the bag. The bag did not move, tip over or anything like that when I was driving so the contents were like that from your staff. Once we started opening the boxes (we had 5 different flavors of sauce and spent $94.00) we all noticed that the wings weren’t even hot and some of them still looked pink inside. It was as if they had some old ones they just tossed in way, way too much sauce and they were all terrible. Every flavor. The only thing that was remotely good were the mozzarella sticks which we had to put in the air fryer to heat up and finish cooking. I will never order anything from there again. The staff was rude and inattentive and the restaurant itself looked dirty. Although it would be hard to tell for sure because it was so dark in there. Horrible experience all the way around and an expensive lesson for sure. Leadership is clearly failing and the workers and lack of quality on every level are a direct reflection of that. I had to give one star in order to post this but wouldn’t give...
