Customer service is the worst! The first time we went in we spent 180.00 and the next day we noticed that one of our spinners had a dent and scratch. There was no way we caused it. The next day we went to replace it since it was clearly a defect that we didn't notice right away. No exchange. We bought another one. Third visit was to return two of the spinners because the buttons got stuck. They were fine with exchanging them then but when we got home we noticed one of the spinners the thread was striped. The deal with this is the guy put it together for us and had to have noticed this when he put it together. He also ended up scratching our Aerotank by taking a tool to it. He replace the defected spinner with attitude. This is not the first time I went in there and the guy had attitude. He also try to keep our receipts saying he needed it for his records on the first returns. When I went back because the one spinner was striped he dug out my original receipt out of the trash the same one he said he need for his records.Stay away from this place there are other places in Sioux falls who are...
