I'm a big fan of soup and therefore, Zoup has to provide good soup or I'm not going near it. Thankfully, they deliver consistently excellent soup that's unique with a great selection. Some of my favorites include the chicken pot pie, clam chowder, curry thai chicken, and the white bean chicken chili, although they have a ton of great ones. Something I wasn't on board with for a while were their sandwiches but I've found them to be a great addition to the soup. Their Southwest Turkey is perfect with grilled sub/panini bread and a great southwest mayo that adds good flavor. I've also had the chicken one that was really good. The staff is very friendly and always seems willing to help out. If you start coming in on a regular basis, they’ll recognize you and always make it a point to say hello. They also have a punch card so if you’re into rewards, you can rack them up pretty quickly for a free soup, sandwich, salad or you pick 2. They also have the ability to order online which lets you see the options that are available and customize your order. I tend to order online for pickup, which is nice if you have a short lunch. I highly recommend checking Zoup out. They're always great for Winter time but hot weather can't keep me away from a good bowl of soup!

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but lately it has been one bad experience after another. They latest stop we decided to get it to go. My daughter was given a kids sandwich on day-old bread you can get from the grocery store (I’ve volunteered in mission kitchens - think Bishop Dudley- who have serve better sandwiches than this be honest). Lesson learned don’t order a kids meal and pay $5.00 for goldfish and stale bread. My salad was probably half the size it has been when ordering to eat in-person but I paid the same price, our Mac and cheese was half the size than what we paid for, and to top it all off, there was a beautiful hair woven in to my meal. I’m all for supporting local but I expect good quality food for the price. Our last three experiences have not been good.

Zoup was great! It's just a small place so it feels cozy. It wasn't too busy but there were young couples and families there as well. The food was great and it was ready in just a couple of minutes! Very fast. It's a good place for a relaxing lunch by yourself or with a friend.

I never leave reviews but it was so bad that I actually needed to.

They give us our salads with NO dressing because they’re out of ranch (???) They didn’t refund the EXTRA RANCH we asked for THAT THEY DIDN’T GIVE US No bread at all with the food (they didn’t refund the EXTRA BREAD that THEY DIDNT GIVE US) The clam chowder soup was brownish grey, was absolutely disgusting The mac n cheese was two sizes small (paid for the bigger size!) The mac n cheese wasn’t fully melted and was full of shredded unmelted cheese We called at 6:30PM, and got no proper answer. They had closed, when they are scheduled to close at 8PM.

By far the worst experience with getting food I have ever had. On a Friday night you’d think you’d get competent service. Will...
