When you go to buffets you don't expect a high class meal heck I've been here countless times. The staff is normally pretty nice they take your dishes politely. However never have I been demeaned by staff, a manager, at any restaurant in my life. We don't complain about our food when we go places if someone delivers us the wrong food we say hey it's okay we'll eat this anyway. No complaints. No this was the rudest demeaning and worst experience at a restaurant. We had no appetite none of us wanted to eat anymore after the experience. We sat down in one of the unmarked dining rooms but apparently their is a unspoken rule that if a door is "closed" apparently the room isn't open. Now the lights were on, the board outside the door had nothing written on it, it just look like another room to sit down and eat at... We've eaten in these rooms at other points in time and no one has ever said anything to us...

IF they don't want people eating in a room might I make some suggestions. We personally looked at the boards to see if the rooms were reserved, maybe try writing "closed" then turn the lights off they have their own light switches turn them off... Also if a customer makes a mistake don't go inside the room and YELL at them that the room are ABSOLUTELY closed if the door the closed... Then proceeded to talk to us as if we knew the rules and knowingly broke them. Here is how you speak to a customer, "I hope your evening is going well, we are short staffed and don't have anyone to cover this room I'm sorry for the inconvenience." My husband tried to calm down the manager that came in the room to kick us out or really just to let off some steam I imagine... but seriously the more my husband apologized saying we didn't know and even right away said we'd move it was like the guy was on a power trip and got louder and more aggressive. All while I held my sleeping child and my In-laws watched in shock. Listen pizza ranch new owners. We won't be returning we have been going for many years since I was a kid. Never again. We came for the family atmosphere, apparently that isn't important anymore. This review won't change many minds but be aware that this isn't the pizza...

I was fortunate that I had a coupon sent through the mail to use on a dinner buffet. It was a Monday night, usually the slowest day/night for business during the week. I didn't plan on a lot of people, but when we arrived they had some middle school basketball team helping and holding a fundraiser, which they just seemed to get in the way. The actual staff was very pleasant though!

The Food....thats why we visited the restaurant. The pizza was decent, but because of the large amount of snot nosed children running around the restaurant aimlessly without parental supervision.....the pizza selection always seemed to be low or some kind of creation off of Mr. Deeds which didn't appeal to my appetite. The Buffalo Chicken was excellent.....but the BBQ chicken was better. Bad news is the bin was empty. When I asked the kid working when it was going to be refilled, he responded with a 'I don't know, why does it matter' type of response. The Dessert Pizza was good but cold....the coffee to go with it taste like it was instant coffee out of a C-Ration pouch from the Vietnam Era. I'm sure it had sit in the carafe for at least 6 hours.

All in all it was ok....Im sure if you hit them on a better day you'll have a great experience. I guess I'm still on the search for a better tasting pizza, and for the price I would hands down choose a different place for quality and taste and give up the buffet variety to get a better pie.....Enjoy...

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel it needs to be shared. My recent visit to Pizza Ranch on 41st was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. First, they ran out of food on the buffet. It took over 10 minutes just to get chicken out, and by then most other items were picked over or gone. For a buffet that charges $18.12 per person I expected the food to be kept stocked and fresh. Instead, it felt like I was paying full price for scraps. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. I witnessed employees going into the bathroom, sitting on their phones, and then leaving without washing their hands — only to go right back to handling food. That is not only unprofessional but also a serious food safety issue. When I brought this to the attention of a worker, they showed no concern and brushed it off, which was even more disappointing.

This was supposed to be a family-friendly buffet where food safety and cleanliness should be taken seriously.

This was the worst $67.49 I’ve ever spent at a restaurant, and I will not be back. Management at this location needs to put much stricter rules in place and ensure employees are properly trained on hygiene and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this...

We ordered two pizzas both of which were over cooked, our chicken bacon ranch was missing the tomatoes, the crust was heavly seasoned so much so for the first time in my life I skipped eating the crust and that is my favorite part. The only good part of our meal is the wings the boneless wings were delicious and I will definitely only be eating them going forward from this point on unless they screw those up then I'm done.

Today, sadly they were out of the gluten sensitive crust, however, I still had an enjoyable meal. My gluten eating daughter informed me that the mac'n cheese is better than the stuff we make at home cause it's more creamy and has the best flavor ever! Additionally, they have a dish bussing robot. That was neat!
