Had the worse experience at this yard on today , the two women at the driver check in office was the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and distasteful human beings I’ve ever encountered a day in my life. Received a voicemail from the office stating my trailer was ready for pickup with trailer number attached. I go to the yard pick up the trailer and proceed to enter the check in/out with trailer. I approach the window greeting the ladies in the office “Hi good morning, how are you I’m picking up paper work for my trailer that is ready“. I received a response stating “who are you and who do you work for ?” (With a snobby attitude) i explained that i was a driver for __ she persist to elevate her voice as if she couldn’t hear me . I gave her a elevated tone so she could understand the company name. She starts with a demanding approach for me to look for a sheet of paper on the trailer.I ask where is the sheet located she responds as if I should know what to do and my questions are stupid and not valid to ask . So she points at a paper on the wall (By the way it’s a poster not paper stating what to do with paper on the trailer ) I told her that i didn’t like her attitude and i will be doing a review on the behavior i received on today. Her coworker buddy steps to the window retrieved the trailer paper gave me the paper as i was walking out she makes a smart remark stating “next time adjust your attitude” as if HER COWORKER didn’t greet me in a distasteful way . I responded that both of them need to fix their attitude and have some respect i ask for both name they refuse to give it to me And stated they will call my company all because THEY APPROACH THE SITUATION UNPROFESSIONAL. Every customers don’t have the same routine but it’s all about HOW YOU RESPOND AND APPROACH PEOPLE. Your bad day should never rub on others and every driver deserves respect young or old white black blue or pink . RESPECT SHOULD ALWAYS BE GIVEN NO MATTER WHAT . If i could give a -0 i would but the guard shack was very informative on my first day and that’s the only reason a 1...

The next time I went in, all of the rude signs were pulled off the wall, and there was a calm feeling in the shipping office. I have gone back several times, and ya know what..? Karen has been really nice. She has been helpful. And she told me to have a safe trip last time. It's not just because I was loud and made this review. I have heard many drivers saying she has changed. I didn't really want her to lose her job, but I did want her to have some self reflection. And it appears she did. I'm looking forward to next time I go see her, and I hope we can have a good professional relationship moving forward.
Original: Karen in the shipping department is the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. Think I'm being dramatic? I'm not. She was so hateful. If everyone on Earth acted like her, I would have offed myself a long time ago. Why do you continue to employ someone who makes everyone she encounters miserable??? I told the security guard Jason about it on the way out. He looked like he has to hear it multiple times a day. He was nice and apologetic. Actually, everyone and I mean everyone that I meet at this warehouse is so nice. Except her....
Read moreThe lady at your shipping office on November 24, 2019, at approximately 10:30 AM. Was disrespectful , rude and ignorant
As it was my first visit to this location, I was unfamiliar with the procedures and did not know I needed to retrieve and complete a form from the trailer. While I was reading the document, the woman at the office addressed me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. She questioned how I obtained my CDL if I “don’t speak English,” which I found both offensive and inappropriate. I responded by clarifying that I do speak English and, in fact, speak four languages. Her reply was, “I’m American, and I only need to speak English in my country.” When I reminded her that we are all American, she replied, “Well, you don’t look like an American.” This interaction was deeply upsetting and reflects poorly on your company. Such discriminatory and rude behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, especially one that serves a diverse group of people. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge your company to address this matter seriously to ensure no other customer is treated in...
