I recently had the pleasure of being serviced by an exceptional HVAC technician named Jean, from Howe, and my satisfaction has prompted me to pen this review.

From the moment Jean stepped into my home, I knew I was in good hands. Despite his name being pronounced as 'John', there was nothing common about the extraordinary service he provided. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, while his professionalism assured me of his competence.

As I had questions, Jean was more than willing to provide thorough explanations, demonstrating a mastery of his field and ensuring that I understood the workings of my own HVAC system. He swiftly identified the undervoltage problem I was experiencing, pinpointing the faulty capacitor as the culprit. With swift efficiency, he replaced the part and had my system up and running in no time.

Howe is wonderfully responsive, professional, and efficient. My outdoor spigot broke and flooded my finished basement. They came the following day. Seth fixed it quickly. A week or so later, a hot water heater would no longer spark on. They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. Again, the next day, Evan came out another fellow delivered the hot water heater they both worked together to bring the heater safely downstairs. As soon as possible, the 2 safely brought the defunct heater so they could cart it away. My oh my, showers are nice now! Thank you, Howe! Your company is my go-to! I even had gorgeous Moen bathroom fixtures installed in 2 bathrooms! Even though we had a sump pump installed and it was working, we still had a leak in our utility room. Joel from Howe trouble shot he checked where hoses were, if it was coming from the furnace. He dried the spot with a towel and proceeded with figuring out where the problem stemmed from. He checked hoses, cracks in foundation,he suggested concrete caulk cracks, but he appeared to have found the culprit when he placed a level on a downspout and it was angled toward the house. When I first moved into my house I did not realize that the heating and cooling system was installed improperly until I had to spend last winter being cold! I had called three different well-known Sioux Falls Area Heating and Cooling places to see if my furnace could be reinstalled properly and then get a new Cooling system. One-place flat-out refused the second place said they would but that it would cost twice as much as what how Heating and Cooling had estimated.. The third-place had somebody come out and give an estimate make an appointment to redo the furnace and putting new air conditioning but they never showed up. And then when I called to reschedule I never got any return calls back. My neighbor had used how to have her furnace replaced and had only good things to say about them so I asked her to give them my phone number. They called me the next day set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate and then two weeks later Had the A Team come out reinstall the furnace properly and put in a new cooling system at a very reasonable price. I am so happy and so grateful for Howe Heating & Cooling and the team of professionals they sent out to take on this task!
