Candy Cloud Factory Sioux Falls — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Myself, my husband and our two friends came to Candy Cloud to get cotton candy tacos and burritos. They are visiting from Oregon and hadn't heard of anything like this out there. We got a burrito, a large cotton candy and an ice cream cone. The prices are very reasonable, I would say leaning on the side of cheap. Woohoo for us. Since we are west coasters we like to talk and the boy who was working the counter was fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but the boy working on February 28th around 2pm made our stop in quite enjoyable. He was personable, interested in conversation and spoke very highly of his job. My husband and I will be back and will continue to bring out of state family members to try this secret...

Cool idea. However when the family and I along with other people went in and ordered maybe 4 things we waited over an hour. We had to remind the workers numerous time what we had ordered and I noticed we weren't the only ones doing so. A lot of skipping around on orders too I noticed as many people were receiving their goodies before people that ordered before even though it was the EXACT same thing. 2 stars only because of the one young man (can't recall his name) seemed like he had some haste and hustle. The other gentle man who seemed to be in charge looked angry the whole time and was actually not somebody you would expect you would want dealing with customers. Good cotton candy in my opinion but not an hour + wait...

I had to drive everyone there crazy. So if above and beyond was where the bar was set for service they surpassed that by miles and miles and I cant say enough about what they helped me take credit for. My daughter lives in Alaska and her birthday party was before Thanksgiving. The cake was wrong and she was pretty upset about it. I dont get many chances to be the hero being so far away but whomever was helping me is part maricle worker and they've helped me get a cotton candy cake to her. It might be a little late but I know for sure when she opens it up she'll love it, and I get to be a Superman one more time! Thank you so very much, to everyone there that...
