This guy “LARRY” was the worst character I have ever met in my life.

At 6’2, 315lbs- he was very scary and intimidating. I had to hold back fear and tears as I defended myself to this bully.

I bought a BEAUTIFUL all mirror cabinet. This cabinet was marketed 25% due to having a broken door. I talked to the kind manager and she gave me in additional 10%- blessing me with a total of 35% off.

I was so happy I found this dresser. However, when checking out the cashier was having problems adding the discount. That’s when Mr. Larry stomped up to the front. He told the cashier, “you’re only taking 10% off- not 35%! The 25% is already included in the total!”

No Larry, the 25% off was due to the merchandise being broken- the dresser was marked down in the system because it was out of season and it was lower than the original price. So that marked down price, plus 25% for being broken, plus 10% from the manager.

You were wrong! Shame on you!

Just because you were having a bad day, doesn’t mean you can intimidate people with your heavy bodily stature and bully them into mathematics that you were wrong in!!

Next time stay out of situations and mind your own business.

Went to check out their selection of smaller picture frames. Very disappointing. Since they have such a large fairly varied collection of other household items, I was sure their frame selection would rival Hobby Lobby! But alas, no. There was a good number, but they were all the same it seemed. Very bland, boring. What colors they did have were all offered in different sizes, but options were limited. There was a lot of neutral, wood, wood-look. I like bling & variety myself!

Then I checked out their Christmas tree skirts. Been needing one of these forever & I'm rather picky in what I have in mind. Spotted the traditional velvety red with white faux fur type trim I wanted. However, I noticed a deeper red color in back. So I proceeded to remove most to get to that choice. Unfortunately, I realized the side I was seeing was red whereas the part folded behind for the same item was orange in comparison. Then I started to notice that all the others looked orange too now. I mean, granted they were only $10, but no matter how good the deal you get, you never want the item to look it! So, a lot of their other item selections started to look kinda cheap to me too. I'll still check them out occasionally, but I'm not as excited about the store as...

I witnessed a complete power trip. Some woman with the name tag saying "Jami," claiming to be a store manager, was treating a customer like she was yelling at her child. My experience was frightening and shameful. There was a kind and helpful employee who was in a well-dressed gray shirt. The customer asked her name. Kayla or Layla, I’m not sure. But she actually fixed whatever was happening, all while this Jami was harassing them both. When the woman was CRYING, the employee professionally asked Jami to let her handle it. Jami REFUSED to leave. I was just there to buy a somethings…but WTAF. Whoever is the real store manager of this building needs to fix whatever is going on in that store.
