We had an item we wanted to order, but they wouldn't ship it and we saw that this store had it in stock. We went in and found out that it was way over the online price. So, we went to customer service and explained what was going on and asked them what our options were. The lady was very nice and said she could order it for us and ship it or else we could buy the one in the store and as long as it was on the Target app they would price match. She said they price match some other places like Amazon as well. So, we went back to get the product. It was locked. It was very easy to get someone to help and they didn't leave until the right person with the right key arrived. Once at the register, the item ended up ringing up for the online price anyway and didn't need to be price matched. So, not sure why it wasn't updated in the store. The store is clean. They have a sanitizing station when you walk in and you can only go one way around the store to the checkouts as they have a block on one end for social distancing. The parking lot is shared because of being in a strip mall and that is kind of a pain. Especially when people come flying into the parking lot at 45 miles an hour and not paying attention. So, make sure you watch all angles.

I recently visited Target to shop for baby items, and I was genuinely impressed by the variety they offer. From diapers and bottles to adorable baby clothes and nursery essentials—you can find almost everything you need for your little one, all in one place. It's a true one-stop shop for parents! But the experience doesn’t stop there. As soon as you walk in, the warm and inviting aroma from the in-store food section grabs your attention. Whether you're hungry or not, that delicious smell is hard to resist and makes the shopping trip even more enjoyable. Target isn’t just about baby products—it's a full-on lifestyle destination. You can pick up groceries, home decor, beauty products, and more during the same visit. While the prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to other retailers, the quality of the products definitely makes up for it. You’re paying for reliability, style, and convenience. All in all, shopping at Target is not just a task—it’s an experience. Bright aisles, helpful staff, and shelves stocked with high-quality goods make it a go-to spot, especially for families.

Went in to look for a toy that was a limited time item but it looks like we went looking for it a little too late as it was all out or rather, we didn't see a place for it on the shelves so, while that was disappointing, the store itself was bright, clean, and we'll maintained. It was very busy which is standard for the location but we're were still able to check out very quickly. We didn't have any big encounters with staff but the few folks we saw seemed to be working well and had an overall casual disposition. A fine store with lots of good options.

They have mint mobile and shouldn't sell mint mobile merchandise. When mailing a SIM CARD for a little extra money you can literally send ANYTHING in the mail by the next day. STOP BEING CHEAP AND PAY THE EXTRA OR GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO PAY EXTRA IF THEY CHOOSE. The phone is a life line and I am a single pregnant woman. That line was the only way I can communicate with anyone. I don't have wifi nor is there wifi anywhere within my building range. Most of my apps send a 6 digit code to the number get to reset. I need my personal number. I couldn't get a new phone and switch my stuff over because of that. It's completely outrageous that your technology is not advanced enough to just change the SIM CARD NUMBER to change sim card. Boost mobile is able to do it. When you call customer service, they are horrible! They almost sound like they are patronizing you. Their hours of businesd are wierd And ending every sentence with I understand. I was in the phone with a lady for and hour trying to load an esim just to figure out my new phone wasn't compatible! And WHO HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE ACCOUNT DETAILS?....... It wasn't very secure knowing someone changed my account From physical SIM card to esim without knowing if the phone was compatible. Smh and the people who answered the call. One hung up on me. I called back to have to start over and the lady had me do the same directions to load esim and there wasn't e sim operation. She said she would order another sim card. I had already waiting for 3 days .....I ended up waiting a week. I told her I wanted a credit for the missed service, she said they don't do that so I wanted a refunded because I signed up for the plan that you pay 3 months in advance. I was only through my first month. So I had 2 months to go. She said they don't do refunds either. I said so your going to keep stealing from me? I paid for service you cant provide? That's theft. RYAN REYNOLDS IS NOTHING BUT A THEIF AND A CON MAN! HE KEPT THE 2 MONTHS OF PREPAID SERVICE PAYMENT! I had to forfeit my money and left hastily. T mobile is a very customer friendly company. 24 hour...

Around 9pm on November 5th of 2019 I was waiting in line behind one of the most unpleasant customers I've ever encountered in the retail world. As someone who has spent much time in this specific target, always helped by wonderful workers and friendly service, I have to give my most sincere apologies to the employees who were assisting this said woman. I myself have worked in and managed several stores, and known how cruel and entitled some people can be. The mistake was made of putting an item out on the floor that wasn't meant to be sold until black Friday, something that happens quite commonly in large inventory stores. But it was just that, a simple mistake. The cashier GRACE, was apologetic and not at fault. STEVEN the manager did a great job at dodging the womans condescending tone and disrespectful manner, just trying to resolve the situation. I may be at fault for some of her sour attitude, because I blatantly apologized to the employees in front of her out of pure embarrassment for the womans behavior. I write this in the hopes that the workers see it and are able to show someone that they did their jobs EXACTLY the way they should have, and did NOT deserve a complaint. Her actions were spiteful and purely meant to be disruptive. I appreciate the kind workers and their efforts to help the customer, being accommodating to all of her requests no matter how difficult and insulting she was being. I have helped many similar people while working in retail, and I would have felt a lot better if I knew someone was sticking up for me and realized the nonsense that myself and coworkers had to put up with. Go Steven and go Grace! I hope the holidays treat you well, and hope you remember this little shout out whenever someone gives you hell! I LOVE TARGET, so don't heckle and disrespect their employees in...

Today my husband and I decided to stop at Target to shop in the cosmetic section to look for an Elf product I have not been able to find in any other store. I reached the aisle that these products were in and when I turned to go down the aisle there was a young man with blonde hair down this aisle applying lip color to his lips in what appeared to look like a reflection he could see himself in. I proceeded to look for my product I came for, and out of the corner of my eye I saw this young man twist the top back on the lip color and put it back on the shelf behind all the other lip colors. I could not believe what I was seeing with my own eyes!!!! He walked away down the main aisle to the front of the store. As my husband and I approached the checkout lanes we seen him in line, but as we got closer to the checkout we could not believe what we were witnessing. This young man is behind the checkout waiting on customers! He is an actual employee at the Target on Louise, in Sioux Falls, SD!!!! My husband and I looked at each other with total disbelief. After I finished my transaction I walked over to the lane in which he was working to see if he had a name tag on. He did not!!! And his shirt was filthy!!! But he had bright pink lips! My question to upper Management....Is this what you allow your employees to do while being on the time clock! This behavior was disgusting as unethical! How do you know if this person does not have some sort of herpes that he has left on this lip color??? This young man was extremely tall with messy blonde hair!!! You should take a look at your store cameras and maybe you can catch him in the act!!! Needless to say ...NOW I KNOW WHY I DO NOT SHOP IN...
