Still doing shistie business! Recently had a tire replacement that cost me 97.00 and wanted the other tire done on my tractor within 2 weeks of geting the first 1 done, but this time it only cost me 46.00. When brought to the attention of a worker they pulled up my receipt and it stated that I only paid 46.00 for the first one and 46.00 for my second one.....clearly my receipt did not match theirs! So when brought to the attention of the worker I paid he tried to make me look like I was crazy and did not understand how to read my receipt. I CAN GAURANTEE THAT HE POCKET MY MONEY AND PUT IN A DIFFERENT RECIEPT IN THE COMPUTER! STILL DOING UNDERHANDED BUSINESS EVEN THO THE NAME IS NO LONGER ROWLAND EQUIPMENT! Just a shame, they have lost my buisness permanently even tho it took me years to come back and trust them after all the bad publicity from last crooked...

I got parts here four different times over two years and each time had such a bad experience that I swore I would never return. From a lack of interest in finding mower parts I needed to having to call over and over to get parts ordered because someone kept forgetting to order them to whoever answered the phone not knowing what was going on so I had to call back and then when the parts finally came in I had to call several times to find that the parts had been in for days, despite being told over and over that I would be called as soon as the parts came in. Nice, but clueless, people who don't run a business well. I moved out of the area so luckily will never be tempted to give them...

During the Pandemic in 2021 my first time calling, I was searching for a repair shop for my Weedwhacker and got THE MOST WONDERFUL FUNNY AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE Guy name Herbert H. aka Herb on the phone. Because of this “first impression” by way of phone with Herb, I was HOOKED! And the warmth, friendliness, and very SKILLED KNOWLEDGE did not stop with Herb. Larry, the Owner, is a people person not a paper pusher! Plus he’s wisely surrounded himself with MORE skillful workers like Billy, and Tall-handsome-John (lol). Each time I’m there they’ve treated me like they’ve known me forever. And I’m still loving that chicken salad sandwich, too,...
