I had a great experience with Seaborne Barber Shop. I was referred by a friend of mine who had been going there for quite some time. The atmosphere was great and definitely reminded me of when I grew up in Smithfield. Very professional, great conversation, and exceptional attention to detail. My experiences here have been consistent, decent cuts but an extremely long visit visit overall. For two basic cuts it takes over an hour to cut my son and I (with an appointment) is kind of crazy. Had another appointment booked and had to reschedule because of a family emergency and was harassed about paying for the cuts . I understand having to pay something, but to charge full price when the policy is not clearly visible anywhere online or in the shop is not a good way to do business. Nice shop, Troy and everyone there were great. Customers and staff, great atmosphere, nice people all around.

Got a buzz cut and a straight razor shave (can't beat a straight razor shave) Troy did a great job and the prices are more than fair.

If I wasn't just in town for a visit, this would probably be my new barber from here on out.
