☆☆Update:1/27/22 Just saw pictures recieved over 30,000 views with one getting over 26,000 views Thanx Please hit like. It wasn't working so I lost out on getting about 5,000 out of 26,000.☆☆ At first I was going to give 3 stars because of a problem while checking in. I mentioned that I may not be staying the last night and the woman pointed to a sign on the desk. It stated No refunds for early checking out. I said I guess that is why the guy who took my reservation said he was only charging my card for the first night. The next thing I know the woman said I had to sign for the charge. After signing and me saying I will let them know about staying she pointed to the sign. I realized she had charged me for the whole stay. But after speaking to the manager I have given 5 stars. I explained what happened and he said if I wanted to check out early it would be no problem. Really nice people. I believe there was a language problem at check in. Park pretty clean. Well lite at night. Very Quiet. If this helps please hit the like button. Thanx

This is a nice park, pretty, wooded, and reasonably quiet. It is NOT a resort. It was not cheap, but given its proximity to Atlanta, to be expected. No assistance in getting into a site, so not a location for new RVers. Reasonable proximity to Walmart and Whole Foods IF you have a tow vehicle. It was located where we needed a park to be, and a good location to visit friends. Will note that Wylie Drive does not have good signage, and GPS apps are iffy at giving you enough warning to turn. Turning right onto it is doable; turning left somewhat problematic. Park does have a very steep drive. Would stay here again.

We had water & power. The dog park was very nice, so why was there a giant pile of dog poop on our site. We chose not to use the sewer hookup due to dried up toilet paper & human feces on the ground. Sites are broken concrete & asphalt in very bad shape. They are crammed in on top of each other. We were unable to back all the way into our site, we would have hit the RV awning behind us.You can barely open your slides. Just look at my attached pictures and think twice.

First let me start off by saying how rude and ignorant these people are. They don't care about any of their guests that stay there and if you have an issue they are quick to yell at you and tell you you can leave.Secondly we were on lot 40 which was extremely small...so small that you can hear your neighbors alarm going off or even when they're knocking boots...all for a low low price of 610$ a month, after begging to be moved to another site they put us in a not so lovely site 52 which was even worse and more expensive...710$...not even close to being worth it,it was unbelievable really. You can smell the feces all around you and not to mention the extremely uneven terrain that we got stuck in all day from 10 am to 9pm with the help of 2 tow trucks.Getting into the site was horrible. ...but getting out was unbelievably horrendous! We got stuck and trapped and wedged in this spot for way longer than I would wish on anyone and without support from the owners. To top this off we have mail that we know was delivered and they claim they know nothing about. When you tamper with people's mail everyone knows this is a federal offense...thank God we have proof that it was delivered to the office so know it's time go to court for damages to my vehicle and camper and stealing our mail.So in conclusion please stay farrrr away from this rv resort or you're all doomed...this is far from a resort, the only thing I would consider this being a resort would be what you pay. This place is like a hole in trees only good for the wild animals! And all the negative reviews...

Like anything, value is subjective based on individual needs and expectations. We simply needed a base location to visit friends and family north and south of this park’s location so our goal wasn’t to spend much time in the campground. For the purpose of having a convenient and relatively reasonably priced place to park near Atlanta with full hookups, it’s hard to beat this place. Being jammed in very tight was to be expected and again, not an issue for our needs. And it’s near anything you need including a terrific dog park just a 3 minute drive away and all the restaurants, fuel, and attractions you’d want (including the Big Chicken KFC). The gentleman in the office who checked us in seemed to care about what he was doing and was very pleasant to work with. It’s an ideal setup with TONS of potential to be a really great city campground. Unfortunately, the facility is very tired (except for the laundry area which seems recently refurbished with new Maytag machines which was great). From the drained/leaf-filled pool, to the pot-holed/frost-heaved pavement surface, to the electrical connections at the post that reminded me of the father’s use of multiple extension cords in The Christmas Story - it’s all just very much in need of upgrades and replacements. I think we’d stay again if visiting folks in the area as it was a fair value overall for our very limited needs. PS - this is a different Steve McConnell than the one who posted...

Pros: Easy to get too, check in was simple. Very convenient location. We stayed based on location and proximity to Braves stadium. 8 minute Uber to the game. Other RV'ers were very friendly and helpful. Quiet and never felt unsafe. Enough grass for lazy dogs, big enough to walk busy ones.

Cons: If you're coming for the pool don't, it hasn't been in working order for a long time. They are very behind on maintenance for everything. We did laundry and the machines we used were great. However, several were broken. The bathrooms and showers were in good working order but very dirty. If I really hadn't needed a shower I would have waited. With that being said water pressure and temp was wonderful. We had some issues with our RV and called the front office, she had a hard time understanding and asked multiple times if we were checking out. Then when she realized we were asking for help she told us it was Saturday and no one would be available to help. Luckily a very nice neighbor lent a hand. Check out time was 1pm, after getting our issue resolved we were driving away at 1:20, we had a missed call at 1:07 with a message telling us it was past time and we needed to leave.

If you don't expect much and want to be close to the area it's a good place. Just disappointing that it could be alot nicer with a...
