The touring experience was fantastic! We were catered to very well. Helena was amazing and super helpful! I would recommend this area and complex to anyone, they have so many options within 3/4 different areas!

Here’s a little edit: This place is scamming people. The review is for a discount on one of your fees so that’s why you’ll see a lot of these. I’m not sure if they are scamming people, but they want your full payments through a money order BEFORE you can see your lease (this is basically illegal in the state of Georgia). Mind you, if the lease has something you DO NOT like or CAN NOT comply with and you back out, a money order makes it where you cannot get the refund, AND there’s no tracking on it, so if they decide to say you never paid it after you paid it they can win unless you’ve recorded a convo or something. Just be weary, this place is student housing apparently and they’re just doing renovations on this place to make them look better I’d assume, but I would never give any apartment complex a money order before being able to see my lease....

Helena personally reached out to my husband and myself through phone call and email to book an tour for the apex.. we booked the tour with her and when we got there nobody was there and she didn't answer or email back when we reached out to figure out what happened.. we called and waited at the complex for more than 30 minutes. We ended up going to another complex and liking there responsiveness way better. I have been to the Apex twice. The first time my spouse and I were completely dismissed. The young lady who rushed us to see an apartment could not answer any questions. We went back to the office where she passed us off to Jayson who thought his text messaging was more important. I again tried and decided to email. I made an appointment with Sophia came to my appointment and the door was locked. No answer (of course because this place has the worse communication skills).
