Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Smyrna

Extremely disappointed in service. I've been getting little caesars for years and I've accepted that it's not going to be the absolute best pizza I could get, thats why it's the cheep option. Though the employees I delt with today, blew my mind with the lack of effort and concern. For one, i overheard them tell customers that after 9pm, they were only allowed to sell cheese or pepperoni pizzas. I know that isnt true in the slightest, it's just pure laziness endorsed by the manager. I ordered a slices and sticks and received a "pizza" with a puddle larger then the pizza itself. A disgusting amount of the garlic sauce, I order this often so I'm aware of the proper amount. After asking to remake it, the pizza I was then present was slammed into the side of the box almost folding onto itself. Another customer had a similar interaction during my situation. She ordered a light sauce pep with garlic and cheese on crust. The employee was confused by her order and had to ask for help inputting the order as if it was complicated. When she received her pizza, they didn't even know if it was made with light sauce and forgot the crust toppings. They then put an insane amount of the crust toppings and were again confused by her request to kinds spread it a bit so it wasn't to clumped up. I can not believe the back to back laziness and lack of care. The manager should be fired for allowing this to occur. When I called him out for the "rule", he just offered to remake my pizza knowing I was right. Will not be returning to this location if I see the same faces behind...

I was excited to see the pretzel pizza back. My family loved it. Everytime it has come back we ordered quiet a few. But yesterday the one I ordered was definitely a disappointment. It had the cheese sauce like I wanted. But the dough was NOT pretzel dough. It was regular pizza dough. I called to try to send it back and never got anyone on the phone. My grandson was hungry. He had just got out of the hospital and was there for 3 days. He ate it but I tasted it and it was horrible. I took a pic and saved some to take back today. Hopefully someone can make it the correct way. After calling today I change my 2 star to a NO STAR REVIEW🥨😡😠

An update from yesterday!!!!! The store on south cobb where I got the pizza told me they used the same crust as regular pizza. I told them my son got one from another location and it was a pretzel crust just like their website shows. That is horrible for a business to advertise a pretzel crust but knowing they do not make it that way. WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NEITHER WILL ANYONE I KNOW!!!!! Well this try this again , my comment was deleted!!! Ordered 2 cheese pizzas , I failed to check my order . When I got home the had given me 2 pepperoni pizza WE DONT EAT MEAT . I drove back up there to explain what happened, they proceeded to tell me that I HAD ORDERED WRONG . They then took the pizza I had brought from home and returned it to the hot box to serve to another guest THIS IS A HEALTH CODE valuation. I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that there was no manager on duty. The young man behind the counter had His earbuds in and had no intentions on rectifying the situation. I tried to call back to the store after leaving as well as corporate with no response. I am more upset not with the way they handled getting the pizza order wrong, but the fact That they took the pizza that I had in my home and put it in a hotbox to serve...
