We came to this location, which we do all the time, for a mobile pickup order. At the order window everything went fine, we told her we had a pickup, gave her the name, and she told us to pull around. As we go to pull to the window we hear them calling to us through the speaker but we already pulled off. When we got to the window there was a young lady in a purple shirt and an older lady in a black shirt standing behind her yelling over her about how our order wasn’t there, they already sent it out, we put it in at the wrong store….. just excuse after excuse before we could get word in edge wise. I pulled out my phone and showed them the order on my app and said “is this not your store location” when the lady in the black shirt realized it was the right store she started yelling about “why did you say it was an online order and not a mobile order…” we clearly said mobile pickup at the speaker. Then to find out upon asking an employee, that the nasty lady in the black shirt is the general manager of all things!! That is appalling, the way she was treating her customers and employees was down right disgusting and she needs a serious attitude adjustment fast or her employees should just quit cause it’s not worth being treated that way. On another note, the young lady at the drive thru window in the purple shirt, you are doing great sweetheart and you don’t deserve to be spoken to the in the manner of which we witnessed you being talked to. To the young lady with the curly hair who brought out our food, you were wonderful and super sweet, you also deserve better and we appreciate you making our experience better at the end. Taco Bell, get it together! Nobody deserves to work under bad management as we already deal with enough in our own personal lives, the last thing anyone needs is to go to work for crap pay just to deal with crap treatment on top of it all. Get rid of that manager!...
Read moreAfter waiting almost an hour we went inside to find half our order cold on the pickup station after being told to pull forward and it would come out to us. Was confused at everything going on and asked for a remake since the other half wasn't even done and the items given were now cold. Was yelled at by the larger woman working the drive thru side of the taco bell and was then told by the manager to remake my order. She then decided to throw a fit even though she was just a cook and the other lady was the manager who was there to tell her what to do as she started to tell the manager 'you can't boss me around' and started threatening to clock out and leave even though she had just come in. So after a few moments of her bickering she finally leaves (thank goodness) and they start making orders, my food that was cold is given back to me warmed up in the same bag as before..? Why didn't I get a new back and fresh food?anyway... Now here is where I think I'm gunna get my stuff correctly made and it should be out anytime soon.. wrong the entire screen of orders they had bumped was EMPTY! This not only affected me but 5 other people in the lobby. The most we could do was try to make light of the terrible situation we were all in, after getting one of the gentlemen waiting and completing his order they don't really bother to come and start asking the rest of us. So I finally offer to tell them the order we had that we were waiting for and after a while longer of waiting we finally get the food we were waiting for. This all started at 6:40pm and I didn't leave this store until 8:00pm please do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Don't come to...
Read moreThe food is the food and I have a family member that enjoys TACO Bell. This location has a failure in their communication process. Through the kiosk inside, I ordered 2 bean burritos with extra red sauce and I paid .50 each for the extra sauce. When I arrived home I was told the burritos had no sauce. I called Taco Bell to let them know and I was told that they are out of red sauce. I was told I could come back that evening or tomorrow for my dollar refund. It was the way the young lady "Shay" responded to me like it's just a dollar. In addition Shay was a bogus name.
I went back to Taco Bell the following day and the manager onsite gave me two bean burritos with extra red sauce to try and make things right while defending the person who gave me my order. Stating that the cashier may not have known they were out of red sauce. There is a communication gap in this location. I shouldn't have left not knowing they were out of red sauce as I would not have ordered the bean burritos.
I don't plan on going back to this location again. My issue is not the one dollar. It's the principal and their response to me.
I expected good customer service and when a mistake is made "own it" and make it right, don't lie or...
