The difference between shopping online or a box store compared to a locally owned boutique: I popped in yesterday looking for a last minute outfit to wear to a wedding today. Kortney went above and beyond to help me! She helped me pull any of the dresses she had in my size and gave me honest feedback on all of them. The one I wanted had some fabric that kept rolling up due to my chest. She recommended sewing a few stitches to keep it down. I joked and asked if that's a service she provided....She literally grabbed her sewing kit from the back room and had me ready to go in like 10 minutes for no extra charge!! Asked about a return or exchange and was basically told that she inspected every seam of every item of clothing so I was lying about how the item condition came to be. $52 Volcom shirt.
