Who’s On First — Restaurant in Snohomish

There is an update below for why i changed my view on Whos. Posted years ago when I loved Whos: My best friend and I go to Whos on First all the time. And while all the people who work there are very nice. SHEENA is really the one who kept us coming back!. She is so sweet, attentive, always smiling... we love her.

UPDATE to WHOs today: Dropping my stars. Its been awhile since i really loved this place. But yesterday sealed the deal. I called ahead for lunch in the middle of the week. We get there for our food and the cook (the scruffy older one that looks like hes tied too many over the night before) is sitting at a table with his laptop. He makes eye contact, closes the laptop and casually walks out to smoke. Ok, we were a little early, but he hadnt even started it. He made us wait. There were 3 people at the bar drinking beer and a poor waitress he left to keep telling us it would just be a few more minutes. Our food was ready 45 min. After I placed the call to order, not the 20 she gave me on the phone. This was soley because the cook couldnt be bothered to do his job. Now I wouldnt normally slam a place for this, but when I got back to work, my extra sour cream for my nachos had a fat black hair in the top of it. Either from a beard or worse. I will NEVER eat there again. I was sick to my stomache not knowing if I had accidentally eaten something i shouldnt have. Was this intentional? IDK, but seems like it. Either way...

This used to be my favorite watering hole. I got into several arguments and at least two fist fights and won Everytime. I went here probably 70 times during the 80s and 90s and early 2000's. I think I only picked up chicks 3 times. But that wasn't from lack of charm I probably had a girlfriend. Loved big old glass of beer and chugging it down. Or from the well whiskey 7 or coke. I don't recall ever playing in the band here but I play bass guitar recently bought 6 string. I used to enjoy playing pool throwing some darts. Just got back here probably hadn't been in here for 10 12 years. Got some e-commerce from Facebook Marketplace wireless keyboard and some Wireless tablet keyboard. I found out it was Taco Tuesday tacos for like $1. A great deal. The dude I had to meet was already sitting in there he didn't know we were right next to each other. He was about to leave when I said, "hey I'm right here." How interesting to see things as time goes by the place has a different name used to be the U&I. I ate my taco. I got the two items.
