2 years ago I purchased my 1st Stanon customized couch. I had a pretty decent experience. I was in and out quickly. So when it came time to replace my mattress I wanted to go back. Especially since they had just reopened after the fire. I purchased the mattress and an adjustable frame. My old set was a queen and so ordered the same size. The salesmen was marginally helpful but I was distracted and just wanted to get done with the transaction. Roll around to the day we pick it up. We pick up the set, take it home and have it set up in an hour. After 10 min I realized this was not comfortable at all and was too small too boot. I immediately called the store. The girl said she had to contact the owner and would get back to us by the next day. Next day rolls around... I was told that there was nothing he could do amd My only option was to sell it and come back for a different one and He would cut me a deal. I hung up. The next day I went down to Mattress firm in monroe. Jamie was amazing! She had me lay on each mattress, talked me through the plus and minus of each. She was a great help. And guess what? THEY GARENTEE YOUR PURCHASE. I had every intention of going back and ordering new living room furniture but will be going to a different store in Bellevue instead. As a local small business owner myself, I never would have done this. I stand behind what I provide. I spent more than double upgrading to something far better than my initial purchase. They have also lost all of my future business. And I'll not recommend them to anyone. Sad. They used to be so much...
   Read moreThe husband and I decided that we were finally ready to buy an expensive couch now that the kids are older and headed to Furniture World to look around. While there we fell in love with a Stanton sofa, which was customizable and decided to pull the trigger and purchase the very expensive but very amazing couch. We measured the doorways and living room yo make sure it would fit and when we were confident it would, we ordered the sofa. Fast forward a few weeks later and the delivery people show up with the couch and low and behold, because of a support beam on the porch and smaller than normal doors from the garage and back yard, the couch doesnât fit. Luckily, Furniture World has a service for this particular brand where they will send someone out that can disassemble the couch and reassemble it in the house for a very reasonable price. They were so kind and so quick to get someone sent out and I am very grateful the couch didnât have to sit in my garage for too long. I did subtract a star because of the delivery people. They were hurried and sloppy and when we realized the couch wouldnât fit, they dropped it in the garage and said we could deal with it or they would take several hundred dollars to take it back to the store.    Read moreSo wife and I went in to 1st world Snohomish to purchase a bed and ended up purchasing a entire bedroom set. The set was decently priced of all right quality. Was told that it would be roughly 2 weeks before they can deliver it, OK not a problem. When delivery time came we were told we were 1st on the list for the delivery ⌠Yeah not so much we had a delivery window of 11 to 3 our furniture was finally delivered at 3:30. This is where it gets questionable yes they did go out of their way and assemble our drawers for the bed but the bed did not have all the bolts to put it together , that was the 1st red flag. Once the delivery people were on their way out the door I noticed that a piece of furniture was missing my Wife's dresser. Do you delivery drivers advised me that they would get ahold of the store manager and inform them of the mess app OK fine was told that we would have it by 7:00 p.m. The following Monday. This never happened then the phone calls happened back-and-forth back-and-forth in even after paying for a delivery I ended up having to go pick up the dresser myself. So all in all all right quality furniture but service and follow through yeah they're lacking quite a bit. What I recommend furniture world...
