Incredible customer service. Walked in there to find a way to play my gaming laptop in the car. I was offered a very reasonably priced 12v power inverter. I plugged it into my car's lighter port, but unfortunately the port was unable to provide enough wattage to meet my gaming needs. I walked back in to the store and explained my dilemma to Kevan. He walked out with me yo my car and showed me how I could use the additional cables included with the inverter to charge my laptop directly off of my car's battery. And voila! It works!
