Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Somers Point

Wow. Just wow. Where do I even start? When I was driving home from a tiring day of work I was thinking, hmm chipotle sounds kinda yummy. I went back and forth for a minute or two deciding if I wanted to spend my hard earned dollars on food or make it at home. I took the gamble and to say the least was not disappointed. I don’t go into chipotle myself much but when I opened those doors I was greeted to a loud sound system blasting around me… GOOD VIBES!!! When I got to the counter I awkwardly stood for a moment pretending to gaze at the menu while two employees chatted along. After a brief moment she came over and said what can I get for you. As I relayed my order to the woman she was awfully quick and quiet with her questions making it difficult to understand. Non the less, she loaded my steak bowl TF up!! What has me so amped up about this experience was the amount of time it took for me to get in and out of the infamous joint. 1 minute 30 seconds. Yeah you heard that right. I walked out of the establishment nearly jawdropped and immediately went to text my peers. If the employees had gone the extra few feet to throw some better manners or people pleasing skills into my experience, they’d have some extra bones in their pockets. However this was unbelievable. My wife and I stopped to get dinner after a very long day it was about 7 p.m. on a Wednesday and we had just such a great experience here. The 3 people serving at the front line were so friendly and quick. I actually turned to my wife halfway down the line and said "This is the Chipotle that we are coming to from now on!" They were way beyond fair with the portions, all three guys had huge smiles on their faces. You could just tell that they enjoy what they are doing. The Guacamole was perfect! All of the ingredients looked great and fresh. They had the lids on the meats to keep them moist which most Chipotle do not do surprisingly. I gave the Carne Asada another shot after being disappointed down south and I'm really really glad I did because it was wonderful! To the 3 gentlemen working the front line, and I wish I got your names, Thank you so much for such great and pleasant customer service. To the guys and ladies preparing the food, Thank you so much for an AWESOME dinner. God bless you all....

You’d think someone would pick up the phone to see what’s going on. Placed an order with door dash only to find out an hour later the store had cancelled the order. Many times did we call to figure what the situation is but no one answer so I don’t know what the issue is or who’s responsible for this annoyance but honestly if this is the way they are going to be I’d rather never order from this location ever again. Management either needs to be replaced or they just need to close the location. Btw this isn’t the first grievance I’ve had with them. From the low portions where the food looks like it’s missing ingredient, To not putting ingredients and just sending a bowl of lettuce. Honestly we would’ve been fine with one chipotle in the area, I’ve never been dissatisfied or disappointed by an establishment like I’ve been...
