I've dealt with Aaron's for about 5 years now, and never had a problem with them until today.... my bed is paid off and I had a part that was broken, I ask them if They can fix it and how much.... then proceed to tell me that they can but have to order that special part for my bed, I then give them half of the money and the associate ask me if I was paying it all off or monthly. I told them monthly, when they did show up to my house (a month and a half later) to replace my part for the bed, the associate told me his boss said I have to pay it all off today, once I told them I will be paying monthly and the guy said that was fine.... but they threaten me if I didn't pay it they would have to take my bed.... the money isn't a issue it's the principal of the fact that the associate told me I can pay monthly. Twice now, they have shown up to my home because of a late payment (which is fine) and tried to open my door to walk right in while I was gone and my friend was home. This is unacceptable.
