7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Somerset

My wife recommended this place as her boss had ordered from here one morning for work. She had originally ordered a hot cinnamon roll that morning. This time around was very different. It's nothing like she tasted before, not sweet, bitter and barely passes as "hot" if at all. I got the "smooth 7" Irish creme and white chocolate breve. I can barely taste any Irish creme at all. Neither of our drinks are hot at all. I might as well got iced. The only people with us who like their drink are our kids who against our better judgement got energy drinks "pink mermaids" (both cold drinks)

I would much rather save the long trip to Somerset and stop at our local Battlefield Coffee in Nancy. It could have been due to the copious amount of customers, an off day? I don't know but I don't take time out of my weekend with a special gift for the kids to get mediocre coffee when I'd rather drink coffee out of the pot at home than this..

They skipped us in the line (employees walking the like taking orders) instead we ordered at the window spot which you would think our drinks would have been hotter being just made. Instead multiple employees asked us if we ordered drinks that we didn't order, until finally being asked by a third person what our order was. Not their best day. I don't know if it's always like this, as other people seem to have better reviews, but based on our experience we will not...

I asked for light ice and all four of the drinks that I ordered and I got the complete opposite. After I pulled away, I attempted to put my straw in the cup, but it had so much ice in it. I literally had to take two drinks before I had enough room For my straw to fit down in the cup. There is no local number for the store in Somerset so here we are. I paid five dollars for a cup full of strawberry flavored ice. I also ordered a vanilla milkshake that was a fourth of the way melted before it was handed to me. Again, did not realize it until after we pulled away. Honestly, I should’ve never straight...

Order two small cups of coffee one was black and the other with cream and cinnamon. Charge me $8 for two small cups of coffee. Took the coffee home The black coffee had cinnamon in it and the one that was supposed to have dream and cinnamon had no cinnamon . Called to complain and got voicemail and left a message explaining the problem Left my name and phone number. And you guessed have not heard a word. After waiting in that long slow line and then getting a screwed up order and no response from customer service you can bet I won't be back and I'll be sure to let others know about...
