Metro Offices — Local services in Somerset

I have rented space from AdvantEdge since 2005. I could not be happier. The staff is always there for me when I need assistance of any kind. For example, In stressful situations when a document needs correction and a client is waiting, they are always there to assist. The full service model that they provide is invaluable. This is not true of the competition which generally charge similar prices while providing far less service. For example, recently, I went to a shared office location owned by a competitor (Regus) because I need a second location in an area not currently covered by AdvantEdge. I called and made an appointment through their call center in Dallas, but when I arrived at the Maryland location, they had no record of the appointment. Furthermore, the prices quoted to me on the phone where substantially less than what I was quoted at the location. In addition, I found out that they only had one staff person to answer calls and no one to assist with secretarial matters or simply serve as witnesses for document executions. These are things that are always available to me at AdvantEdge. Clearly not the same level of service. It's the difference between a Cadillac...

Our firm has been in this office space for over seven years and it has always been first-rate. However, during this COVID-19 crisis Anna and Isolda raised the bar even higher - which I did not think possible. They have been absolutely tremendous in assisting us with transitioning to having to work remotely during these strange times and now back to the office on a more frequent basis - always with a smile on their faces. Wakefield Capital were clients of Metro Office for about 18 months. We left because we found permanent space elsewhere; however, our time with Metro Office was a complete joy.
