From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and valued. Yonathan patiently listened to our needs and meticulously addressed our concerns, even though our case ended up taking over an hour of his time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with complete transparency and zero hesitation.
This was by far the most seamless and efficient transaction I've ever experienced with T-Mobile. In the past, I've dealt with long wait times at the DC location and terrible customer service at the Montgomery Mall Bethesda store. But at this location, with Yonathan's assistance, it was a completely different and positive experience.
The entire staff at this location is top-notch, but Yonathan truly shines. Even after our transaction was finished, he took the time to help my mom window shop different Samsung choices, even though she wasn't making a purchase. This level of dedication and customer service is truly rare and appreciated.

Read moreI just wanted to share a great experience I had. The original Tmobile store (different one in a mall), had messed up which phone I had paid for protection on. I had received an iPhone 16 Pro and Samsung S25+ from them as part of my new plan as well as a screen protector and case for each along with T-Mobile phone insurance. I have a second phone which is a Pixel 9 Pro XL. This store in Montgomery mall ended up accidentally adding my IPhones insurance to the Pixel 9 Pro XL.
Chauncey from this store was GREAT and provided AMAZING customer service and was able to help switch it right over and correct the mistake. My wife and I both got new screen protectors to replace the original ones we got as per our insurance plan.
This is our local store closest to our house, and will definitely be our goto for anything we need.
I just wanted to thank Chauncey and T-Mobile again for 10/10 customer service and making it a quick and easy fix to the small mistake from the other store when our phones were setup.
