I had been looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress for months and months. I was cutting it a little close for my daughter's October wedding, but I knew the perfect dress was out there somewhere. That "somewhere" happened in late June when I happened upon Sareh Nouri's beautiful boutique and was able to secure an appointment as I was traveling through the area. Good things come to those who wait! I found the most perfect dress -- a rich, magenta, floor-length strapless Mikado gown that felt as though it was made just for me. Andres, Doris and Sareh herself (who happened to be in the store that day--such a bonus!) were expert at helping me with the selection. Magenta gown was the first of three I tried, and while the second and third were equally beautiful and equally luxurious in fit and feel, there was never a question the first one was THE one. The shopping experience here is beautiful, seamless, accommodating -- everything you would expect from a luxury boutique. I made an appointment with Doris to shop for a special formal evening gown. I was nervous because I have never purchased such a special dress -- and being petite (5'2") I did not want to drown in fabric. Doris welcomed me into the shop and I was immediately at ease. We looked through all of the dresses and picked what I thought was pretty, even if I worried it wouldn't look good. I tried them all! To my surprise there were several that fit perfectly and I narrowed it down to two amazing and unique options. I left and came back the next week to make a decision... because the dresses were so different and so fabulous, I ended up buying two! Now I can't wait to wear them and feel my best.
