I wanted a gemstone ring for the gemstone and purchased one here. If you want diamonds, this may be a good place. For other things, possibly not. I also noticed this store does not sell close-to-24k (0.999) gold rings, which some other stores do.
My rationale for a 3 star is because my ring does not fit me as the associate suggested and it has been irritating me for a while. I come out of a hot shower and can put on/off the ring without much effort. I come out of a hot shower and added resizing silica to the ring band ($5 on amazon) - then the ring fits perfectly on my finger. So this means during normal days/hours the ring is loose.
I wear the smallest size ring so there were no available rings for me to test try in the store. When I went around 5pm, the sales associate first gave me a ring sizer, that was still chained onto the rest of the ring sizers so I couldn't take it out and walk around the room with it on for the feeling. It was also a wider ring band than the ring I wanted to buy. The ring was a bit tight. So she recommended a larger size in case it gets hot.
I should have stayed with the original size I chose because the ring I purchased is not as wide as the sizer she had me try. Maybe what I tried was a wedding ring band sizer? It felt thick and cheap. After I got the ring, I was told that resizing costs money, possibly $200. After coming out of a hot shower and ring still being loose, I don't think this is a good size. I was not asked about my knuckle size and not advised about sizing beads, etc. I learned from my mother that a ring should be snug, so when I said it was a bit tight, I think the associate should have asked more questions or offered another suggestions. Maybe give me the ring sizer for the ring band that was the same as the one I wanted to purchase.
Something less major was I wanted to choose a shade of the gemstone, the darker usually mean the higher quality, but apparently you can't do that because they can't order every possible ring for you just to see the shade of the gemstone. They seemed hesitant to order more than 1 ring at a time to send to the store. I was given one and that was it. Diamonds, though, you have a lot more info on the clarity etc. I checked with two associates and there is little to no data on the gemstone aside from the weight.
I do like some of their new styles, so maybe I might consider purchasing another gemstone ring, with the right size, and/or maybe go to a different...

I dropped off my bracelet for a repair and watch for a battery replacement on 10/12.
Returned to the store to pick up my bracelet a few weeks later. I was informed that the service center found some missing screws and also the movement needs to be replaced. I have had this watch for over a decade with minimal use. Out of curiosity, I requested the pictures to be sent to my email.
~2 weeks past with no follow up. I contacted the service center directly, and they informed me that no such request came thorough from the store. So I personally put a request and then contacted to store. They said they are not sure why nobody followed up but they have the photos (!?). The lack of effective communication and delay was starting to get quite frustrating.
NOW IT GETS WORSE.
The photos sent to me as my watch evaluation was NOT MY WATCH, but someone else's???!! I was flabbergasted and called the store and spoke to ELENA who happened to be the one I spoke to last time at the store. I explained the situation but she kept putting me on hold and saying that they are not sure what is going on that she will have somebody call me back. IT HAS BEEN 2 HOURS and there has NOT been any call or email. I'D TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. This was the second time I've been to this location and felt like I knew more than the sales associates. I've been an avid Tiffany buyer for over twenty years.
I picked up my engagement ring that was resized. I wanted to look at wedding bands because I can't fit the one I previously have. Laura wasn't very helpful at all and it seemed as I was wasting her time. I asked for recommendations and was just left with a blank stare. I eventually just asked her to write the information down on a card about a ring I did like. Figured why give my commission to her if she clearly didn't care.
I left this Tiffany's location and immediately purchased a band at another location. All Laura had to do was help me find a band that matched with my ring. I perhaps wasn't dressed to the 10s today, due to being up all night with my son, but that should be no excuse. Nobody should be judged on their appearance.
On a happy note Carlos, was extremely nice in retrieving my ring and gave me their new engagement box. Thank you, Carlos you were so kind today! Wish I was able to look at rings with you. It could have been a different experience I'm sure.
