My vacuum started to make weird sounds and stopped picking up anything - but as much as I wanted to throw the thing out and just get a new one (it was about 4 or 5 years old at this point), I remembered seeing this store while walking through Somerville and decided to bring my machine in. Boy am I glad I did! Allan was so knowledgeable and kind - explaining features I didn’t realize I had and giving me recommendations for upkeep. He took apart my vacuum while I was there and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend this shop to anyone considering throwing out their vacuum and just buying a new one - bring it here first!...

I have a Dyson vacuum and I called the store yesterday. Al said that he had time and asked me to come to the store. I took the vacuum to the store, it had a minor plastic that was blocking the duct and he fixed it immediately. The vacuum works great now and the least I can do is write a review on this to spread the awareness of this store. I was truly blown over by Al's courtesy both over the phone and in-person experience in the store. Also Al did not charge me for this fix which is very rare these days. Please don't forget about this store for your cleaning and vacuuming needs. This is the least I can do to reciprocate...

Let me just tell you a places like this don’t exist anymore… The owner ( I’m assuming) greeted me the second I walked in the door and treated me like a lifelong customer. He is extremely knowledgeable and when I didn’t have the cash on me (25$ CC minimum) he let me take the bags I needed for my vacuum and come back later on to pay him. I told him I have this other vacuum I found and it might need to be looked at and he said to bring it in and he will look it over no charge. 6/5 stars, Will go here for whatever I need, will tell friends and family for whatever they need and recommend you check it...
