Brought in a Seiko with a 7S26b that is notorious for getting the hairspring tangled in the balance wheel. I tried to untangle, and subsequently replace it myself but failed miserably at both and luckily found this place in town. Everyone I talked to was very nice, and not only did they replace the hairspring and balance wheel assembly with one I brought to them myself, but also regulated the watch and pressure tested it for all of my desk diving expeditions. As a bonus, the cost of all of the above was on the low end of the quote they gave me, and when I picked it up the guy even gave me some tips for dealing with similar issues in the future as he was familiar with the movement and it’s quirks

The watch that I did bring in for these issues is a serviceable watch that gaskets would have to be ordered for. They were able to get it to a state that I could use it for the weekend and drop it off for a now scheduled appointment on Monday, with a full service that could take two to three weeks. a very reasonable timeframe. so far so good. dropped off my watch to be serviced today and it should of taken 5 minutes but ended up being an hour due to great conversation. i met Matt and he was just a world of knowledge about watches. extremely pleased by his professionalism and him explaining everything that he was going to work on. felt 100% comfortable leaving my watch with him with the expectation that it is going to come back perfect.
