Love Obsessed ensures the highest level of satisfied customers both in-store and online, Stacy and the LO team provide top-notch customer service all the time. I love that they get to know their customers and when you shop at Love Obsessed you feel like you are BFF with everyone. Secondly, I recommend Love Obsessed because the products they sell are well made, eye catching, trendy clothing and accessories that fit multiple body shapes and sizes! They have 3 gorgeous locations and they do weekly Live Sales . So shopping is super easy. Each location is different and Live Sales are so much fun to watch. Every single person that works in this boutique has a heart of gold. There is something for everyone in there even if just an encouraging word and a hug! Love Obsessed's main clientele are women but regular and plus (no men’s clothing), and some cute children's garments at Quakertown. Each store is curated beautifully and I have always found my size and find something I want 110% of the time. The clothing is very high quality, comfortable and stylish. Their inventory also includes shoes, purses , jewelry, scarves, and all sorts of amazing accessories! Whether you shop at the store or you shop on line in the comfort of your home, Stacy and the LO crew will help you with anything you need. I am extremely disappointed in this store. My friend and I went in to see what everyone was talking about. Although the clothes were cute, they were not my style. However, I did see a purse that I thought would be nice and purchased it in cash along with a necklace for my friend's daughter. Sadly the purse ended up being much smaller than I thought so I returned it to the store the next day only be told by the employee that I had to get a store credit. I found this wrong for several reasons. First, I was never informed by the employee who was handling the sale Friday night that all returns are store credit only. Had I known that, I would never had made a purchase. As a result, I was not able to complete my return which I feel I was completely misled! Second, in today's day and age, no one does a return policy of a store credit only. I understand if it was after an extended period of time but this was 15 hours later. If small businesses are hurting that much, they should definitely be much more accomodating to their customers. This one definitely was not. I left my email and cell number for the owner/manager to return my call to which I have yet to hear from. Poor customer service on both ends.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this boutique. Basically half my clothes have come from here over the past year that I (luckily) discovered it. The best part? They're located in PA and I live in AZ... and I can still shop there thanks to their facebook page and live sales! Stacy is by far the greatest store owner ever and always takes care of her customers. The rest of the team is also amazing and extremely helpful with any inquiries and requests. All of my friends know this is my favorite store and have started shopping there as well. The word is spreading! Don't be left out of the fashionable attire they have!
