Undoubtedly the most uncaring company I have encountered. They stipulate that only if you give them 7 days notice do you get a 100% refund. 3 days notice you may get a 50% refund. What happens when your enjoying your vaca and a tropical storm becomes a hurricane? And two days before its supposed to land the county sends out an alert that there is a storm surge warning on the day of your booking?! At the time of our booking. Well donât think this company will let you get a refund. They wonât even speak respectful or give you concern when you try to message them about it. Im totally in shock that my reservation with my friend is being dealt with in such a unprofessional manner. So apparently donât plan on any compassion from these people. Youâre just a dollar to them. Oh and they word it on their site that you canât leave a review unless you had the experience. Well I am here to say I have had my experience!
Iâve included the entire conversation. They made it seem that we were trouble and unreasonable. They didnât say why donât you come here to the site and check out the water to see if youâre comfortable. Not a âno we understand your life is more important, or your peace of mind is more important.â Just we are done talking!!
Update: the companies reply to my concern is a testament to what we as clients have dealt with. This company is obviously not about trust but $$ and our agenda was about heeding the warning. When they cancelled our tour Monday we were inconvenienced but told them we would accommodate them. Apparently this goes only one way.. And our tour was not to begin until 8pm today, but this last warning came in at 6:01. This is a current weather alert. 2 hrs ahead of our appointment. We would not have taken the opportunity to reschedule your service when you asked us to if we are just changing our minds. This was about our safety and if your company doesnât care about that, enjoy our money.
They said we could share their additional response. I personally see that they were sarcastic to us while my friends response to them showed...
Read moreWe took a night kayak tour and had a magical time. The bottom of our kayaks glowed, there were lights in the bottom that let us view the ocean floor. We saw multiple manatees almost immediately, and me and my kayaking partner netted a blue crab. Ricky, one of our guides, was nice enough to paddle over and help us pick it up and hold it by the claws. Our other guide, Dan, kept the faster kayakers entertained with manatee and dolphin trivia and facts about the area. He also gave a great explanation of how to steer the kayak for beginners. We had a wonderful evening. It was perfect for a beginner kayak trip. If you want a beautiful sunset view and a close up view of wildlife, this is a great family and...

The water was crystal clear, and being able to see fish and plant life right beneath me was something Iâll never forget. The guides were professional, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable even if it was your first time kayaking.
Everything was well-organized and ran on time. The equipment was clean and in great condition. I appreciated how they also shared fun facts about the area and its wildlife. It felt peaceful, beautiful, and totally worth it.
Highly recommend this company if youâre looking for a unique and relaxing way to explore nature. Iâll...
