My chicken burrito was very salty, maybe salt was spilled in the meat mixture. Guacamole was great and tasty. Service was pretty quick even though it was getting busy.

The low star rating relates to food safety and the sarcasm of the server regarding the safety. The server accidentally went to the wrong table and before the server or the people at the table realized a plate of food was put down in front of a person without a mask (they were seated at their table so didn't expect them to). The server then tried to place the same food onto our table, and I had to ask for it to be taken back and she asked why. After I explained she said no problem, it sounded as though there was attitude associated with the response but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then brought my food over and made a point out of the fact that my food had not been set down near anyone and the place she set it was very clean.

I am sorry, but even before the current pandemic, I am not taking food that was set in front of another patron, unless they are at my table.

The server had attitude and should have had no issues with getting a new plate. Matter of fact, I expected her to just come over and state she would need to get a new plate made up.

Avoid at all costs. Go to taco bell over this. From the service to the food, this was an all around awful experience. We walked in and the cashier was immediately rude because we didn’t immediately know what we wanted. We ordered the trio appetizer with guacamole, queso, and salsa, as well as a steak burrito, a chimichanga, and a margarita. She avoided trying to sell us our margarita and then told us it would take a while because he had to make it by hand. When it came out it was little more than watered down lemonade. The guacamole was flavorless and when we asked for salt, we were told they didn’t have any, and eventually brought us margarita salt. The food came out quickly, but poorly. The refried beans had no flavor and were lukewarm, the chimichanga barely passed for a chimichanga - just an overly oily tortilla that was under fried and filled with salty ground beef and Mexican blend cheese. But worst was the steak burrito, the steak was too tough, the black beans not drained or rinsed, the cheese was unmelted, and it was wrapped in a cold, uncooked tortilla.

We will never return. If we didn’t pay up-front, we would have refused the bill in its full amount, and we are seeking at least a...

I just want to start by apologizing for what I did to the bathroom. I really tried to hold it, but that bowl I got really got me good. By god did I mess up that toilet, the poor thing. I got a chicken bowl with extra chicken of course, no beans though as I had been having a stomach issue earlier that day. I got my bowl quickly and put some sauce on it, I absolutely inhaled that thing, I gobbled it so quickly. The second I got up to leave it hit me, the rumble in my stomach, I booked it to the bathroom and let out a terrible scream as my insides emptied into the toilet. A worker asked if I was okay, I said I was, but I wasn't. That thing would not go down for the life of me, I ended up just leaving it there for the workers to clean. To that worker, I am very sorry for what I did to your bathroom. Overall great food and great service, I will definitely be going back when my stomach is...
