Order was promised at 645 was there till 820 and walked out empty handed. It was more then just not getting my food the employee was refusing to answer numerous customers questions about there orders she The young Spanish girl running register the entire time would put her face down and play with her hair and laugh. Then I asked for a refund on my order they refused and didn’t tell me how to get one. I asked the name of employee so I had someone to reference when I contacted for a refund cause I never got my order. She refused to give it to me. Then a lady with dyed red hair that is shaved underneath . When I said I would come back the next day and speak to manager. The lady with dyed red hair told me she was the general manager don’t bother coming back to complain. She also refused to give me her name. That why I am describing the employees cause I have no other way to reference them. If she is a GM then chipotle is a joke if that’s the kind of people they want representing the company. She was the one making online orders. She wouldn’t come out and communicate with the customers that were an hour past time. She never apologized she was so rude and unprofessional. There was Coincidently someone there that was with a door dash that had an order for Danielle S. Mine was for Danielle Skees. When I was asking about my order they were getting me confused with that order. They refused to look at my receipt or order number to tell me if they had my order. I never have seen such rude employees. The one that was running the register was literally refusing to speak to us. Or she would answer part of the question and walk away and she kept laughing. I stood inside that restaurant for an hour and forty min. Waiting for food I was told was being prepared. Then when they said they didn’t have my order I asked if they could still prepare it based on my receipt they refused me food after standing there so long and refused refund. I will never set foot in that chipotle again. Not sure if I would ever give any chipotle a chance if the rude lady with red hair is really a GM. If she is not she should be in trouble for representing herself as a general manager. That looks really bad on chipotle. Then what company do you know has a general manager who refuses to give there name. That restaurant is a joke. Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves having employees like that. I get things happen order get lost but there’s ways to deal with things. Communicate, apologize try and make it right. Not laugh at customer. Tell them don’t bother coming back for a manager to make it right I am a manager and your not getting your food or money. Read moreSuper aggravated and annoyed at my entire experience here today. I ordered online while at work along with other co-workers to pick them up in bulk. I work at an urgent care clinic and we do not have the luxury to waste much time during our 30 min break to worry about our food. So, during pick up, my co-worker had half of the clinics orders and as she's checking to make sure she has everyone's, she notices mine and another is missing. The employees stress that they already gave it to her 3x until finally they admit they in fact did not give her the orders. That's one. 2. As I open my order, absolutely everything was wrong except for the chicken. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, a couple salsas, guac, cheese and sour cream...what i received was a chicken bowl with white rice, lettuce, cheese, and black beans. Mind you, by then I'm 5 minutes into my break and on the phone with the store manager who profusely apologized for the error and pretty much can't do anything about me being lunch less because I would have taken my whole lunch break to go and come back with the correct order and that I can come whenever I can to get the right one. So I let that slide and decide I will go after work. I go and I see they are busy and the manager says he will fix up my proper order and I have a seat to wait on that. As I said, I see they are busy and I patiently waited for a whole 25 minutes and finally I just can't take it anymore. I go up the cashier, clearly upset, but I calmly asked how long this was going to take because I have been waiting up to 30 minutes and I just can't believe it would take so long to fix an error. Well. The kicker is that my food had been sitting in a bag ready for me to take for god knows how long while I'm sitting there waiting like a moron. The manager couldn't even be bothered to bring it to me personally nor let the rest of the staff know what I was waiting for. Read moreI stopped in and received extremely terrible service. I asked for rice and steak (I was under the impression that the steak was the beef steak strips). The meat I was given looked more like carnitas (pork). I was with my cousin and I told her the meat didn't look right and wasn't really what I wanted. No big deal I was going to pay for it anyways and just pluck out the meat when arriving home. My cousin said no I should request for them to add the other correct meat on top and maybe just spoon out the incorrect meat or something. I told her no it was ok I didn't want to make a fuss or inconvenience the employees, so my cousin asked for me if they could simply switch the meat out. (I would have willingly paid extra meat if needed) Well the young man got so angry and angrily threw the bowl in the trash and stared talking bad about me and another asked why he threw it if it was my mistake not theirs and started bashing me to all the other young men there. Absolutely disgusting awful attitudes they all had. The only polite person was the young girl cashier. I told her I'd like to pay for the bowl that was thrown that it was never my intention for that to occur or anger her entire staff and she said no not to pay them any mind. My sister worked for chipotle and said they throw everything at closing anyway. All that awful attitude was very unnecessary.
