First Watch — Restaurant in South Bradenton

I came to First Watch to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends, and we left absolutely delighted with the food, the service, and the overall experience. We were a large group of 14, and the staff went out of their way to kindly set up a table to accommodate all of us comfortably.

The food was incredible—every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was quick, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our visit.

To make things even more special, the team surprised me with a stack of pancakes for my birthday and a handwritten card signed by the entire staff. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day.

The overall experience of this restaurant was pretty good. The seating is vast and the environment is very clean and very professional. A very modern look with the decor inside the restaurant. But I would have preferred. More is a little bit of upscaling on their food options. The food is good, but some of the flavors clash a little bit with their plates, and the drink options are interesting but often don't meet everybody's palate. For the food. It is a good place, for the atmosphere and experience. It is a better place. I would return, but I will bear in mind that I should keep hot sauce ready. I was in on Friday (yesterday) I was waited on by Kiersten (mightve butchered that) the restaurant was busy. I came in when she got sat 3 tables at one time. She was still friendly attentive and told me upfront that the kitchen was backed up and that she would do her best to make the experience the best and she delivered. I watched her go through the dining room with a smile on her face even when it was clear she was super busy. My trifecta did in fact take longer than usual but with that kind of service I wasn't at all displeased.
