Two times I go and both times I get a faulty product. The first time was the battery for cartridges… The battery was around $21 and it broke in three days. I let it go…. Last week I bought a $11.99 vape pen… They’re supposed to last about 2600 puffs… this pen died in less than three days.. I took my receipt in the kid behind the counter, had no idea so he had to call the owner, and they absolutely refused to provide me with a new vape pen. The owner Ronak, told me whatever is faulty needed to be brought back the same day… besides being horribly rude and disrespectful, I can’t see how this business is going to last. Vape stores are a dime a dozen , and I for sure will never go back to this one, and I will make sure I tell all of my friends and my community not to give business to this man. I don’t understand how people like to stay in business… I don’t see the store...
