I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Kwality Icecream outlet in Kendal Park, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! As a connoisseur of Indian flavors, I was thrilled to indulge in their array of delightful ice creams, and I must say, each scoop was a burst of authentic taste and creamy goodness.

First off, the ambiance of the place was inviting, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to guide me through their extensive menu of flavors. But it was the ice cream itself that truly stole the show.

From classic favorites like mango and pistachio to more exotic offerings such as kulfi and paan, Kwality Icecream truly delivers on its promise of authentic Indian flavors. Each spoonful was a symphony of taste, with the perfect balance of sweetness and richness that left me craving for more.

Horrible experience. Never go here after 8:30 pm even if they are advertising to close at 9 pm. I was there at 8:40 pm and understandably there were several customers in front of me. Everyone was quite behaved. As soon as 8:43 pm hit, staff member (who apparently was new) shut down lights and let everyone know that he will still be serving but just didn't want anyone else coming in. No one minded, everyone was quite understanding and stood. As my turn came at about 8:53 pm, he flat out told me that i will only be able to get things from cooler and he will not be making any drinks, for which I had stood in line for all this time. I asked "really?" and his answer was "yes, really" and no remorse. Had he shown any remorse, I would have still been inclined to buy few things, but being shocked and feeling insulted, I left.

I have been to this place over 100 times in my lifetime and had never been treated this rudely. There are some bad eggs in staff that come from time to time in any business and person working here is one. My review here is solely based on customer service I experienced and not reflective of quality of ice cream served...

This is an awesome place for ice creams.

I would say especially indian icecream flavors.

We missed many of these flavors all these years. Unique flavors like Chikoo, kesar pista, seetaphal, malai kulfi, kulfi falooda and many such flavors.

Any ice cream can be made into milkshake on request. In milkshakes they have only one size.

Very good quality of all products including spoons.

Store is very neat, bright and colorful. Staff are friendly. Most of the times the store is very busy.

They have eggless icecream cakes on order. Interestingly, they have party orders option with small sizes of different flavors.

Any ice cream in pint sizes are mostly pre-packed. We didn’t see any place for seating in store. Only to-go options are available.

2-3 different sizes of cones are available. For testing the taste we can get small cup or regular cup.

Special menu on display: Ice cream falooda, Badshahi drink, Asian gola, different flavors of Shrikhand.
