Shams Bazaar — Local services in North Brunswick Township

Great service for BYO Mylar balloons. I ordered a pack of Mylar balloons off Amazon and needed them blown up. I’ve bought the helium tanks but lately they haven’t seemed of great quality. I called around and Dollar Bazaar said they’d blow up BYO balloons and for a standard size ballon (18”), it’s approx $1.50 (I can’t remember the exact price to the penny). I brought over 5 Minecraft themed balloons and they were so kind to blow them up and add matching ribbons for each. On top of that, one of the gentlemen mentioned they had a Minecraft TNT ballon if I was interested. I was interested and my boys were super excited to have the TNT balloon too. I want to publicly thank the owner of this store for finding and returning my wallet this Christmas, and I want to urge everyone in the area to shop here. I didn't realize I lost my wallet until Christmas Day, when all the stores were closed and I couldn't even look for it. I was in a panic for 2 days. Worse, I thought I left it at the bank which didn't open for 4 days! The kind gentleman who owns this store found it, held it, tried to call me (but our call blocker got in the way) and handed it back to me fully in tact the day after Christmas (and refused a reward). This is the only Dollar store in the area I will ever shop in from now on. I want to do business with people that have that kind of integrity and who care about their customers the way...

Very rarely do you get a businessman who goes an extra mile and provides outstanding service. Last month we were in NJ for a wedding and at the last moment we needed about 400 plastic party glasses - specific kind and size and could not find it at any of the major stores - Costco, Target, Walmart, Party store, etc. etc. There wasn't enough time to order online or from a wholesaler. I walked into the Dollar Bazaar and I got service like I've never before seen service. The owner of the store got online to view the type of glasses we needed, called up a wholesaler, found it at one of the neighboring suburbs, personally went there and got it for us and did NOT charge us an extra dime for the time and effort to get it.
