They have helped many families in need, I have seen them do great work, but when I had someone return my phone call just about a question I had the woman who called me was very rude and bitter towards me. I was very polite and sweet as I always am and even spoke to her extra cheery because of how she was talking to me and treating me. I told her to have a blessed day at the end of the phone conversation, and she, in turn, hung up on me, telling me not to call them again. Just because you're Catholic doesn't mean you need to be miserable or rude! I got off the phone that day and was completely drained, I had to call my mother, and I just cried, telling her the way I was treated and the nastuness that I felt and experienced from another human being, especially...

Before I left abruptly she admitted to me that she was not there for me but to protect the Diocese. I NEVER EVER receive a call back! Was I ok? Did I get my questions answered! OR.. Could we meet again in PERSON! ITS CALLED PERSONNEL. That means PERSON to person. Not speakerphone for 3 minutes to intimidate or.......
