This place does not respect you or your time.

I placed an order at 7:00, for 7:45 pickup. I arrived at 7:45 and was told it'd be another 15-20 minutes. No biggie, it happens.

20 minutes went by and I hadn't heard anything. I asked the person working the counter who had estimated a 15-20 minute delay if he knew when my order would be ready. He said he'd check in a minute, but then he walked away without answering...

After 35+ minutes I asked if my order was coming up. He said he was working on someone else's order. At that point I just canceled my order because I was already running late to meet up with people.

I'm normally pretty understanding about small issues, but having me sit in your entrance for 35+ minutes when I had ordered ahead, and had people waiting on me, is pretty rude. Especially since I never even...

WOW! Suvi was so kind and she makes delicious food! We almost turned around and didn't go in because we were traveling and wanted to eat in. It's take-out only right now but another kind customer walking in at the same time encouraged us to try it. I'm soooo glad we did! We ate outside at the picnic tables and it was perfect. I haven't had such an authentic Khao Soi since I was in Thailand. The wontons in the wonton soup were clearly handmade and so fresh, loaded with fresh onions and spices. She clearly gets quality ingredients and doesn't skimp when making her food. It was loaded with real flavor, unlike many that add tons of sugar to compensate for lack of fresh ingredients. Okay food, rude staff. The woman seemed grumpy that I even walked into the restaurant in the first place, and was snappy when I asked any questions about the menu (protein options, spice levels). I could hear her arguing with who I presume is her husband in the back. Leave that at home!! The food was okay, the noodles in the pad thai were a bit soggy and lacked seasoning for my taste. Nothing too outstanding and I’ve had better around the area. Maybe things will change in the future.

EDIT: changing my rating because they replied in exactly the rude manner that I described. A simple “sorry you didn’t have a great experience” or “hopefully you can revisit in the future” would’ve sufficed. I really would’ve liked to come back in the future and tried again - why the...
