Usually I’d find some humerons and understanding way of expressing annoyances that sometimes occur at a customer based establishment; which would then lead me to leave a review. - I (also) often times still give the benefit of the doubt, leaving 4-5 stars
HOWEVER - this is 1 of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever stepped inside.
Literally 15-20 people ALAWYS waiting for their drinks. - 20 minute minimum post making an order to get anything in-hand.
Staffing is not the reasoning. They have 3-4 people at any given time behind the counter. I know how these schematics operate, because I worked for the company.
EDIT: Sorry, but what had been a 2 star, just changed to a 1 - I tried. I tried hard to find ways of seeing past the annoyances of waiting forever for a drink, BUT… on a day where I chose to come back, giving them another shot (even choosing a time that wasn’t busy whatsoever) i tried being kind making small talk, only to be looked at like I was some kind of unimportant part of their day. - Look. I’m a grown man. I don’t NEED the attention of the barista BUT i know that, with the role, comes the responsibility of having somewhat of a connecting personality. And If it has been just 1 person, then I’d roll my eyes and get over ir, BUT it was multiple staff. AND it wasn’t only me they gave 5% of their...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a caffe mocha and the barista accidentally made a white chocolate mocha. I requested her to make me the regular order and she behaved like she was doing me a favor. The worst part was that she started discussing this matter with another customer. The customer looked super ignorant and wanted to take a dig at me because I was wearing a turban. I made it look I didn't notice anything, but this was not the first time something like this was happening with me. If it would have been any other customer, they wouldn't have dealt this way. I just wanted to point out the ignorance part because that is not at all going to help anyone. I have huge respect for people working in the service industry, but I'm not going to tolerate disrespect in any manner. I usually go to the store on Williston road and those folks know me pretty well as I get my everyday coffee from Starbucks. This store will never see my business. I'll make sure to warn my family as well. Never had such a terrible start to the day. Good luck...
Read moreI come here almost every day during the week. Not only do I always feel welcome but the workers always go above and beyond for every customer. Lexie greets every customer when they walk in. Layton is always kind and friendly and when he is the lead on the floor, he does an excellent job supporting the others. Zoe always has a smile on her face and does her best to welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. Brenna is always willing to answer your questions about drinks and to get you what you need. Colin, with his friendly demeanor is easy to other a joke or smile to let you know you are welcome. I could truly go on and on about every single person who works here because it is like visiting long lost friends who know me by name and greet me with a smile and a wave. Kyler, who is the manager and Bri who is the assistant manager, have done an amazing job of making sure these employees not only feel good about themselves but give them the best example of how to be great, wonderful, and...
