Had a blast! We got there right at opening but it didnt take too long until the place was jumping. They have 3hoops, 2dodgeball arenas, rockclimbing wall, an obstacle course kind of like the ones you see in American Ninja Warrior, foam pits for little and bigger kids and a regular area for jus jumping and flipping. I mostly stayed in that area. The price to what you get ratio is perfect. I paid $32 for two hours and it was well enough time. I brought my own Skyzone socks but they were only an extra dollar. The staff was very friendly and all looked as they loved their jobs. I didnt get the employees name but he had braces and a Team Lead shirt on but he was extra helpful and welcoming. Also learned what a gainer was. Wish I took more pics but the fun I guess came first, maybe next time. Anways had a tremendous time and CAN'T WAIT to go back and definetly recommend.

This was our very first trip here-- on July 28, and it was beyond awesome! You would not believe how every skill and age was having a blast at this family-friendly place! My hubby and I had to join in,naturally, to not let the next generation think of us as old-- not yet!! If you ain't nearly had a heart attack, got winded and fell like a toddler, or your kids don't sleep the next two days after-- you ain't done a thing right here!! ((serious on the kid I cannot wait to go back and make it a weekly thing for the entire family to unwind and just goof off! An hour is plenty the first time, and I am sure you will find that the prices and time recommendations are spot on here! I recommend to everyone in the family- no shame in getting healthy and connecting with your loved ones, you will be so glad you did, I can promise this with a certainty!

We bought the laser tag for 10 package and paid in advance. Our party was slotted to show up at 5:00 for our laser tag party and we arrived 10 minutes earlier. We waited at the party desk for about 5 minutes before a young man shows. I gave him our name and information and he said he had to find someone to help me. He had to run around searching someone to help for at least 5 minutes. I felt sorry for him having to run around literally to find someone. He comes back and tells my party to go upstairs. Remind you I had already paid for my entire party if 10 people. We go upstairs and wait for another 10 minutes and had to go back downstairs to get someone to help us again. I had asked a few times now . Exactly where we need to go and what is our party room number because none of this was disclosed to me prior. We ended up moving our entire party down stairs after laser tag. We ended up adding 3 more people to our party and they sent a different staff member upstairs at different times to tell me I had to pay for the 3 additional laser tag shooters before they would set up for my party. My ice cream cake had melted because they wanted me to pay for the 3 before they set up our room or did anything with the cake “freezer”lol. They had told me when I went downstairs that I could pay later when My husband arrived. lol I had already paid over $300.00. My husband arrived and once again he had to hunt someone down to find out where we were. My thing is. You pay this money to have them help you with this party and it was an embarrassing nightmare. Not organized, major lack of communication and that wasn’t even the tip of the iceberg. The lady that worked with the kids upstairs in the Laser tag room was outstanding but everything else. 😞. Our kids had fun but upstairs there is no way to view the kids you just sit out there in the hallway and talk to each other. Large screen tv but it isn’t used to watch the kids or anything. Just seems like it could be a little more fun for the parents to watch their kids. The jumping portion of Sky zone seems to be okay and the laser tag is fun too but slacking !! Need a few ideas to make it more inclusive for the parents and you need people at the desks downstairs in the party planning area. The staff needs to have more knowledge on how things work and need to be more willing to help. The young men and ladies were nice but the failure to communicate was very obvious! No one there was on the same sheet of music. Our kids did have fun though but for me it was not a...

FINAL UPDATE: After several days of conversation and working through scheduling, we finally were able to book our field trip with SkyZone. Demi was very helpful in making sure everything was setup and in keeping us updated as to how many of our students and parents had filled out the liability waivers required by SkyZone.

Unfortunately, the liability waiver portion of the process was less than ideal. Some parents were able to have their waivers accepted on the first try, others had to re-submit their waivers multiple times (even with the confirmation e-mail supplied by SkyZone, for some reason their waivers were not able to be found). We ended up having to fill out several student's waivers on site.

As to the experience, all of our students had a blast! The location was clean and well-supervised and adults and kids alike had fun. All in all, we would be more than likely to return next year, assuming communication issues are ironed out and possible issues with their waiver system are straightened out. UPDATE: A manager called me back moments ago and is now working on setting up our trip. I will update/remove this review as things progress. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's an absolute shame when a company just doesn't seem to want your business. I tried setting up a field trip day for two classes at our private school. Firstly, I could not get in touch with anyone from the park for over a week. I called, left messages, texted, and finally contacted someone who was a manager at the location. Still nothing. Eventually, I e-mailed them, and after several days they replied. By that time, the prospective date for our field trip had already passed. I was then told that there was a minimum of 50 for them to open during the day, but that we could possibly be lumped in with another group and that they would be having a meeting later that day to work on scheduling and would get back with me in short order. That was 9 days ago, at the time of this review. I e-mailed them several times asking for an update, no answer. Then, I e-mailed their corporate headquarters. Again, 3 days have gone by with no response. I wouldn't recommend SkyZone for any type of group activity, and will most likely not be frequenting the location with my...

I took my 7 year old son here yesterday after not having gone for quite some time due to a bad experience last time we went. The staff was incredibly rude. We got yelled at by the teenagers who work there for absolutely EVERYTHING. It's completely ridiculous. We stayed until close and there was barely anyone in there. We were just stacking some foam blocks near the small foam pit, no one else was ANYWHERE near us. Some teenager with a TERRIBLE attitude came up and told us we weren't allowed to do that and needed to put them back in the pit immediately, and looked at me, a grown woman, like I was a complete moron when I said "See? This is why we don't come here anymore." How on Earth is that dangerous for anyone??? Especially when there was only a handful of people left in the establishment to begin with? Some of the staff was friendly, but for the most part they need to fire and rehire a whole new staff who can talk to patrons without a heinous attitude. I don't take that from my own teenager, why on Earth is it acceptable for some random one to talk to me like that in a play I spent good money to come enjoy? It's crazy expensive anyway, and you can't even play without getting yelled at for something every 5 minutes. Sadly we loved going to trampoline parks in Denver, but my son never wants to go back now. There's barely anything to do here with your kids as it is. You'd at least expect to be able to PLAY when you pay that much money without all these stupid nitpicky rules being shouted at you by people a third your age. Save your money! It might look fun, but they find a way to suck ALL...
