Do not go to this Home Depot. Their buggies go all over parking lot damaging vehicles. Came out from shopping and spending money in this store to buggy against my truck with big dent. Went straight in to get manager got report filled out. Managers word oh don’t worry insurance will take care of it and if they give you any trouble I can pull video. Dealt with emailing photos, filling out forms all to get a call claim is denied. Lady says just because Home Depot buggy hit your cat doesn’t make us liable. Wow. Also was over there few weeks later for pick up order to come out of same store with my husband to see another buggy was against someone else’s vehicle. Such a shame.

Clean & warm inside in the winter! Plenty of spring items out already on St Patty’s Day! Tons of nursery items in the lawn area outside. Selections for paint-appliances -tools-doors-masonry-electrical-plumbing-cabinetry-patio living space options and so much more under one roof for all your housing needs. Kind customer service and self check outs. Lots of parking. Close to eateries and shopping. Gasoline. Interstate is within 5 miles away. Check out clearance items all the time on display.

So I went to Lowe's thinking they surely would carry a 277v photo sensor. Sadly, I was wrong. Luckily, the Home Depot was not far away, l was extremely impressed to find that Home Depot indeed carries 277v photo sensor's, a huge positive for the Home Depot on Sunday. Thank's HD

I started building my retirement home 4 years ago at age 60. It took all my time and money for 3 years. I filled it with Stainless appliances from Home Depo at Charleston Wv, and bought 5 year extended warranty.. While out of state working for a year I returned to find my home had been flooded by my new Whirlpool French style refrigerator. The water filter burst. My entire house covered in black mold. With no place to live I contacted Home Depo. They offered to send me $100 to get a motel. They told me they would not be responsible for damage to my home and contents. They told me they would fix the fridge but would not cover the rust damage to the rails for the drawers. I was in total disbelief. I contacted Whirlpool and they told me Home Depo should have taken care of me but they would be responsible for the damage. In an email Whirlpool said get two estimates and they would pay for the damage.I paid $3000 for the two estimates and $1000 for mold bombs and equipment to get the mold under control so I could live there during the process of repairing and replacing everything destroyed. The estimates from Second Look Home Inspections, Pentacle Environmental, Rainbow International and Service Masters all agreed my home was a total loss and all its content’s. I have been forced to live in the house up until recently when the kitchen and bath floors fell in. I have never received a cent from Home Depo or Whirlpool Corp. Whirlpool wrote me to say they aren’t paying because they claim I bought a counterfeit water filter from a counterfeit Whirlpool web sight. I’m filing suit in the WVA...

I would not purchase appliances here. Honestly it’s been the worst major purchase experience of my life. I’ll pre-empt this by saying Karen in appliances has been very professional and tried to be helpful, but after six weeks I still have zero results. Purchased brand new washer and dryer set including delivery, installation, Home Depot protection, the works. Being delivered to new apartment I haven’t moved into yet. Driver doesn’t call until he’s already there, so I let properly manager give him access. When I arrive both appliances are delivered but only dryer is installed. When we hook up washer and turn it on, it bangs around and floods our new laundry room. Inform Home Depot and it’s been nothing but run around for six weeks. They finally got a repair guy out and he says it shouldn’t be repaired, and they are trying to let the manufacturer repair it anyway instead of replacing it. The washer drum is cracked in half, it’s covered in dents and the frame is bent. For starters, and they want to repair it instead of replacing it. A brand new washer that’s never worked once, that they failed to install or they would have known that, that I never even signed off on because they just left. And they refuse to just replace it. Seriously avoid them for major appliance purchases, they will just give you the run around and try to blame the manufacturer and put it on you. The store manager won’t even call me back after I asked to...

Store itself is clean, well stocked, and great deals on Markdown Clearanced Items. My biggest issue was trying to find an associate to help me find Special Hex Bolts. When I did find an associate they gave me aisle number, as they stopped chatting with another associate long enough to let an aisle number out, then both turned and walked away chatting once again. When I could not find exactly what I needed after 35 minutes of sifting down the aisle forth fifty times, no associates to be found once again. Luckily a knowledgeable customer assisted me and I found exactly what I needed. Self Checkout consisted of someone standing literally a foot away from me, chiming in every other "You didn't scan that one yet, you need to scan it." When in fact I had scanned every item they were referring to and an item twice because of the insistent hounding. Paid in full when I realized to $28.00 mistake, I was told she could not help me there to go to customer service and she had no idea where doorbells with cameras were she was on break. Lovely. Thankfully the manager showed up and he did know where the doorbells with cameras were, he did refund me the $28.00 overcharge and he did it all with a smile. So all In all okay experience. GET some employees that know anything about Home Depot or at least...
