I called the Warrensville Hts store at about 9:40 am today & asked a lady if they have a particular item. She was mean & acted like she didnt even want to help me;said "she didnt have time"bcuz she was cashiering with a line of customers. Well, then she SHOULD HAVE transferred me to another dept that could help me. It was only ONE ITEM That I asked about. She tells me "they dont have diet vanilla coke",but, yet, I SAW IT on Grove Kosher Market's Instacart Online Store. She also told me that "Grove Kosher Market DOES NOT Sell Groceries On Instacart". Ummm, YES THEY DO Because #1-I SAW Their Name/Logo On Instacart, and, # 2 I CALLED Instacart & Was Told By A Customer Service Associate That Grove Kosher Market IS On Instacart. This cashier lady from Grove Kosher Market Was Mean, And Lazy. The other lady from Instacart said Kosher Grove Market Has Diet Vanilla Coke, Because We Both SAW IT On Grove Kosher Market's store on Instacart!!! This cashier lady from Grove Kosher Market Lied When she said "They Dont Do Instacart". I reported her to Instacart for the way...

Kosher. Awesome. Amazing. This is my first kosher market and The Grove did not disappoint. After a few trips to the store I have seen consistent products, cleanliness, quality and variety. I love how good it feels to eat foods that are kosher. The butcher deserves props for great cuts and adherence to the standards. The baker is amazing and the cooked food is really good. The prices are appropriate for the quality and budgeting is not difficult. I believe this is the best standard I have ever seen. I wish other people would learn from the example. I LOVE this store! The Grove Kosher Market is new in town. Workers are very helpful and friendly, and there is enough workers that you can ask questions and open check out lanes as needed. Thursday is their busy day of the week. I was there last Thursday night and the place was packed and there were lines at the checkout. Restrooms are clean, but I needed help to get in and out with my walker. A employee saw I needed help and came right over opened the doors and waited for me so he could open the doors again.

Heard about this right before Passover, but waited to go 'til after. What a TREAT! Spotless, immaculate store, SUPER friendly staff... The displays are carefully done & classy. We tried the Chulent, Brisket Rolls, and Sweet Kugel today from the hot foods station and were VERY, VERY happy. Delicious and tbh not as expensive as I thought it was going to be! Great wine selection, too. Very good variety of brands (Pri Mevorah tinned veggies!). VERY happy they are here and we will be regulars! The only negative I can think of is that missing price labels kept us from buying a few items...

I arrived today at 5:50 PM according to the operating hours listed on your website, but unfortunately, the place was already closed. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I am very disappointed. This is not just an inconvenience – your prices are high, and the service I have received so far does not meet expectations. In addition, I keep kosher, and as someone with limited options in the area, I expect that when it says you are open – you will indeed be open, without closing early and without disregarding your customers.
