I am so sorry for the extremely long, detailed, and descriptive review but I wanted to make sure my point was received about my specific experience today at uBreakiFix it- Asurion. I have been there multiple times at this location and the staff am and pm techs are both always on point with all aspects of knowing each new and old products and their needs and how to fix them quickly and correctly!! I personally have always left there happy and satisfied. Anthony and the evening tech who worked tonight were great! Also, tech John G was literally able to pick up my phone and do something quickly and my phone started working again!! Amazing!

Ability and knowledge to fix my problem: 10 out of 10
Ability to communicate with different types of customers about their broken products what needs to be fixed, if parts need to be ordered, and how long it should take till completion. Just like any diagnosing job, you really don't know what's wrong until you get in there. So they have been pretty accurate about their diagnoses!
Mostly the techs have been right about 99% of the time for my phone so just my experience this one particular time I would have to say an 8 out of 10.

$$$: I would say that ubreakiFix it factors multiple postive and affordable variables into their overall price for plans and devices one can purchase additionally. When they received my Samsung 21 FE bloated battery at uBreakiFix it my phone amazingly was returned to me fixed and including a ninety day warranty on the new battery and since they are authorized by Samsung and work with Asurion , you additionally get a thirty day warranty back from Samsung when as well. Unfortunately, whatever you bring whether it's a computer, phone or tablet the brand samgung devices are the only to receive people to recieve the thirty day warranty. Sorry apple users but you still get a 90 day warranty from uBreakiFix on your fixed tech!! And since Asurion insurance is used by most carriers you are able to file a claim at the store and they can explain anything additional needed.

Even though there's a new company doing the same thing down the street and I don't believe they are samsung authorized. You get what you pay for and you always get best of both worlds when you come here!!!

Read moreSo I have a verizon samsung 23ultra that had a cracked screen, and I used my insurance to get this repaired. I dropped my phone off and a few hours later. I was so happy to have my phone back with no cracked screen Anymore. I dropped my phone off with a screen issue and picked it up with a camera issue. The rear facing camera was taking photos that looked like I was using a camera from fifteen years ago.All grainy. I called the store and told them about this issue and they told me. I would have to file another claim. And I explained to them that I can see what looks to be tiny little bubbles of adhesive and dust underneath the screen where the rear-facing camera is, and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in the guy messed around with it. 415 minutes, gave it back to me. And told me he couldn't get the dust out of there. Asked me to check my camera out which it was working much better at that moment, but within a couple days it just got much worse and when I'm on a Facetime phone call. I have a black dot on my forehead. From whatever is in the camera, I called them again. And then I brought it in, and the guy told me that I need to file a claim again. I just don't understand how would need to file a claim again when they are the ones that broke the phone. So once I called the file another claim and explained what happened, they told me that they're not gonna have me take my phone back to that store and instead going to ship me a replacement which is not what I wanted to do along with it. Now cost me $50 to do this, and then I need to call back. I want to have fifty dollars.Is billed to my account and ask for a credit. I think that this store should have taken accountability for what they did, and they did not. They try to pass the problem onto Verizon, which it was not their issue, but Verizon is standing up to it and making good on their part. I would pass on bringing any equipment to these people. I understand that they know how to fix it, but if they don't fix something properly. Good luck with getting them to Take responsibility for an issue...

I live in El Paso Texas and came to Cleveland to have surgery performed by the Cleveland Clinic. My phone broke in transit and although I had a replacement, I had no access to my contacts or photos. I didn't have Google drive or backup activated (spell the last 6 letters of my nick and you'll see my opinion of G). I was in a bad place, I went to a different place and they were sheissters and said it would take days to get parts (my screen was just a white blank). These guys discussed the options to extract my data, and we decided on the best outcome. It took 2 hours to extract and load the data to my new phone. They were efficient, effective, and the cost was reasonable. I'm in a situation that being able to access my contacts is critical as I will have significant surgery in a couple of days. Being from out of town the guys could have charged me an exorbitant amount and I would have paid it. They DIDNT. They treated me like I lived around the corner and would be a repeat customer. Since I don't have a car here I had to stay at their store. Over my 2 hours I saw the team treat everyone who came in with the utmost professionalism and fairness. For those customers who needed some additional help they were willing to help and explain the issue, possible solutions, and actions that they could take.
